Oropharyngeal mass

A E&year-old white Latin male from Nicaragua was referred to the oral and maxillofacial surgery service from the family medicine service for evaluation of an oropharyngeal mass. The patient originally presented to the medicine service with a chief complaint of dysphagia and intermittent dyspnea. He indicated that his symptoms were progressive and that the mass had been present for several months.
