La présente contribution consiste à lever certaines complexités et ambiguïtés entourant le concept de la performance de l'université publique en contexte marocain. A cet égard, la problématique de ce travail se structure comme ci-après : « Dans le cadre de la théorie des parties prenantes, quelle signification pouvons-nous attribuer au concept de la performance d'une université publique ? ». A ce juste titre, notre contribution s'articule autour de trois principaux axes, en l'occurrence : Primo, étant donné la complexité et l'ambigüité du vocable « performance », nous essayons de recenser quelques écrits qui le concernent. Il s'agit en fait d'un concept lié à plusieurs termes (Economie, Efficience, Efficacité, etc.), il est neutre et change d'un contexte à l'autre. That an individual evaluee is a unique composition of attributes and needs is commonly understood. What is less obvious is that programs, too, have complex personalities of their own, like the individuals that compose them. They draw their needs from their own contexts, and draw meaning from an evaluation, operating in these unique contexts. What is meaningful to one program may not be so for another. Evaluation is influenced by the program's context. Reciprocally, it can influence the context too. The challenge is to fully discover the context with its needs, so results are meaningful to the program in its sphere of influence. Three types of evaluation contexts from the Brazilian experience will be illustrated and discussed in this paper-a high visibility program within a political context; a low visibility program with an unclear context; and a program context with two simultaneously active components.
CE ÎNŢELEGEM PRIN PERFORMANŢA COMPANIEI? WHAT DO WE MEAN BY "COMPANY PERFORMANCE"
În articolul de faţă am analizat abordările existente în literatura ştiinţifică de specialitate românească şi străină referitore la conceptul de performanţă a companiei. Am demonstrat că acesta este foarte des folosit dar rar definit şi nu îndeajuns înţeles, fiind de regulă întrebuinţat ca atare, fără explicaţii şi lămuriri suplimentare. În urma analizării opiniilor existente am clarificat în mare măsură semnificaţia performanţei la nivel microeconomic, precum şi a altor concepte înrudite: productivitate, eficienţă, eficacitate, rentabilitate şi profitabilitate, identificând legăturile dintre ele. Am pledat pentru o înţelegere unitară, comună a acestor concepte precum şi a tuturor conceptelor folosite în economie, pentru a da mai multă precizie şi rigurozitatea ştiinţei economice şi a evita orice ambiguităţi. În cazul unora dintre ele este totuşi dificilă unificarea diferitelor contribuţii deoarece acestea sunt în unele cazuri contradictorii, existând în continuare posibilitatea ca autorii din domeniu să folosească abordări diferite. Articolul de faţă este valoros şi original deoarece conturează şi propune o viziune unitară şi integrantă asupra opiniilor referitoare la performanţa companiei.

Cette thèse propose un cadre théorique et empirique portant sur la croissance et le développement et offre des éléments et outils nécessaires à l’amélioration de notre compréhension des dynamiques de croissance des EOS. Pendant tout ce travail de thèse, on a insisté sur les dynamiques des EOS en lien avec leurs performances et leur croissance.
