Whether it is a school or a higher education institution or a world class university, the whole world is dealing with online education during the lock-down state of the pandemic COVID-19. This study focuses on Online Education which used to be on the better free of higher education and primary education for the longest time it has been building up, but this global lockdown has really seen a dearth education technology explode in a manner that no one could even imagine. Suddenly what was fashionable and desirable is now mainstream. How does this change in learning, what are the trends that are emerging out of this global lockdown? How does this impact our students, the executives who undergo these online programs? In this article, we will discuss also about the user side of this entire perspective experience.
Online Education as a New Normal: Are We Ready for this New Teaching and Learning Mode

The spread of COVID-19 pandemic starting in late 2019 has changed the way we conduct our teaching and learning activities especially in Higher Education Institutions (HEIs). Since March 2020, classes have been conducted via online platforms. As a consequence, students missed the campus life, teamwork has been given less emphasis, fieldwork, industry visits and community service have been put aside, and most importantly the achievement of the learning outcomes towards a certain extent has been compromised. The implications of these changes need to be highly considered as they might affect the quality of graduates. This paper intends to discuss the impact of COVID-19 pandemic on the education system and highlight some potential solutions that can be considered by the academics and the top management of HEIs to address the negative repercussions of the current practices. Some research implications are also highlighted in the paper.
ONLINE TEACHING DURING COVID 19 PANDEMIC ERA

Whole world is struggling with COVID-19 pandemic and various countries across the globe has announced lock down. Education providers in higher academic institutions have proceeded towards online teaching in lockdown period due to COVID-19 pandemic. Teachers redesigned their teaching strategies and delivered content to their learners staying at home. Now most of the teachers are feeling comfortable to use online portals to teach the students and trying to adopt new techniques of electronic teaching. A great amount of interest is rising in teaching community during this new situation. In virtual approach of blended learning, students are assigning with an assortment of options for their learning and taking more responsible steps for their own learning. At this turning phase, education provider required training from ICT originators and IT experts to use the online teaching administration. As part of the flexible teaching learning process teachers are sharing learning material, giving assignments and to set up online conversation through various digital platforms. So, this new digital revolution in the field of higher education has provided opportunities as well as challenges for teachers. The purpose of the present paper is to provide understanding about opportunities and challenges for educators in online teaching, during this instant shift from campus to digital platform.
Challenges Faced by Teachers in Online Teaching during the Pandemic

The COVID-19 pandemic in 2020 has caused a major transformation in the education system around the world. Due to the closure of schools and other learning institutions, the teaching and learning that were once face to face are now conducted online. Sudden change of education landscape has put educators and students in harrowing time. This paper reviews literature to find out the challenges faced by educators when teaching online. The results reveal that all educators around the world are facing intrinsic challenges, such as little or no knowledge, skills and experience in the implementation of online teaching, as well as extrinsic challenges such as students having no Internet access and coverage and own no proper gadgets. It is found out that the biggest challenge faced by most local educators as compared to their counterparts in some parts of the world is their lower level of readiness in facing the transition from teaching traditionally to online.

The coronavirus pandemic caused a very critical situation on a global scale, which led to complete and forced isolation in social life and interpersonal communication. On an educational level, this has been a new and unexpected challenge, which has led to the use of a distance learning model. It is also a new experience for both students and teachers. This fact inspired an empirical study of my own, the aim of which was to find out students' opinions on this form of teaching in relation to their personal experience and the implementation of e-learning in academic practice. This paper is an attempt to investigate the Teachers and Students perception on the usage of Online Educational resources during the pandemic situation. Covid-19 virus affected almost all the countries and caused chaos among the people. Social distancing and wearing a mask has become a necessity. Teaching and learning can't be halted, especially for those who are looking for acquiring jobs or getting admission in best universities. In Traditional system, Face to Face interaction between Teachers can understand the expression of a student and analyze student's level of understanding. Covid-19 has entirely changed the existing system and forced teachers and students to switch on to Online Education. Usage of Information Communication Technology (ICT) tools has been there since many years, tools such as Computers, Audio System, Smart Boards, Over Head Projectors, LCD Projectors etc., are in place which helped the teacher to explain a lesson or topic in a effective manner. It is said "Picture Speaks Louder than Words", i.e., manual based teaching methodology has its own limitations, it is difficult to estimate whether student has gained exact knowledge or not, due to this reason, handmade charts were used which played its role to some extent. In the due course of time, we have been viewing advancement in technology and everyone started using various types of electronic devices and are getting connected with the network. Usage of Mobiles, Tablets, Laptops, etc., has become a necessity. Today teachers are utilizing virtual class rooms, taking classes from home. In this paper we try to identify various resources, techniques and methods which can help online learning activity more interactive and effective. THE ONLINE TEACHING VIS-À-VIS THE CLASSROOM TEACHING (ON THE BACKGROUND OF COVID-19

The history of mankind will depict 2020 as the beginning of the new era-the era of the pandemic, which has invaded the world countries. The life on the earth has changed drastically. A partial or complete lockdown, numerous infected citizens, an increasing economic crisis, devaluation of a national currency, paralyzed cultural and social lives-this is a partial list of the challenges faced by the majority of the world countries that have made efforts to survive. The paper depicts the challenges of Georgia's educational space in the environment of the pandemic. The major emphasis is put on the transition from a classroom teaching to an online lecturing as well as on the (dis)advantages of a face-to-face interaction and a virtual communication. Moreover, the paper presents some strategies of the "peaceful" transition (creation of a student-oriented virtual-classroom atmosphere, timely informativeness, usage of appropriate technological means, replacement of written-type exams with hybrid-type examinations, flexible site-oriented means of an extracurricular communication, updated criteria of assessment, etc.) elaborated at the Faculty of Humanities of Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University. The methodology of research includes observation, analysis and evaluation of the recent processes.

Since the pandemic attack the whole world, various research has been conducted related to the challenges of online learning. Focus has always been on the issues faced by the students, but lack of research has been to done from the educators’ perspective. Therefore, this research aims to identify the issues and challenges faced by the educators in online teaching. The issues that the researchers identified are technology, lack of training and lack of tools and materials make it difficult for the educators to adapt with the changes from teaching in the physical classroom to a virtual classroom which exposes the educators to a new teaching environment and this imposed countless challenges. A Critical Study on Pandemic Online Teaching Challenges and Its Impact on Teaching Learning Methods

The covid-19 pandemic has adversely affected the economy, business and human lifestyle, which proved to be very destructive in the decade years. Worldwide, many countries have implemented control measures like temporary suspension of schools, offices, and stores and social segregation between the countries. In this pandemic condition, most universities, schools and colleges started to implement digitalized learning processes globally. This study investigated the online teaching challenges and their impact on teaching-learning methods during the covid-19 pandemic. This research explored the various aspects and dimensions of online education teaching and learning practices which are prevalent in education sectors. The study is conclusive, and it provided specific suggestions, recommendations and conclusions for improving online TLP (teaching-learning practices) in higher education sectors. The primary data was collected from 100 teachers and 100 students in some selected colleges through a structured questionnaire. The secondary data was collected from various published sources like journals, magazines and articles from 2019 to till date. Further, the collected data has been processed in IBM SPSS software for statistical analysis and testing of the hypothesis; based on the analysis, the ANOVA, chi-square, standard deviation, mean, frequency distribution and graphs were plotted in the analysis part. Based on the analysis, the result of the study indicated that the majority of the respondents are adapted to online learning practices, and they motivate themselves to attend online classes during the pandemic period. The survey of the study indicated that there is a positive impact on students' perception towards online learning systems and the adaption practices in the higher education sector. The quality of online learning depends upon the teaching pedagogy, innovative teaching methodology, collaborative learning and motivating students during the online learning process. The teaching faculties should motivate the students through their effective teaching method to engage the students in entire online classes. The teachers should appreciate and encourage the students during online learning to motivate and engage themselves in attending the classes. The teachers need to improve their teaching pedagogy during their online classes to engage and motivate the students during this pandemic period.
Online Teaching in Higher Education during COVID-19 Pandemic

The whole world population witnesses changes that are happening due to COVID-19 pandemic. One of the greatest changes is shown in the manner of conducting the educational process that has been transferred from traditional onsite to online. This paper analyses what are advantages and what are disadvantages of online teaching in higher education in Croatia, but it is applicable to all levels of education system. As approximately one year has passed since first lockdown and consequently closing all educational institutions, some experience is gained. This paper will try to systematize most of the findings that practice of online education has shown.
