The Effects of Organizational Culture and Leadership Style on Employee Performance

The aim of this study was to find out the influence of the organizational culture and leadership style on employee performance at Sekolah Advent Cimindi and Sekolah Advent Naripan in Bandung, West Java, Indonesia. This study used quantitative approach, and the questionnaire was specifically designed. Path analysis was used to determine whether there were direct effects and indirect effects of intervening variables. The population of this study was the employees of the Sekolah Advent Cimindi and Sekolah Advent Naripan with total 35 samples. The data was collected through questionnaire using Likert scale measurement. The research instrument used in this study was validity and reliability test. The results showed that the organizational culture and the dimensions of leadership style had a positive and significant influence, both directly and indirectly on the performance of the employees. This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of leadership, organizational culture, and organizational climate on employee job satisfaction at PT Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk as a case study. The sample. The sampling in this study was carried out using simple random sampling with the Slovin formula and the number of employees was 88 people from 112 populations. The method of analysis in this study is = multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that the leadership variable partially does not have a significant effect on employee job satisfaction. However, the independent variables: leadership, organizational culture, and organizational climate simultaneously have a significant effect on employee job satisfaction.

Influence of Leader Orientation, Working Spirit and Working Environment against Employee Performance in Hospital Pertamina Pangkalan Brandan

The purpose of this study was to test and know more clearly how the influence of orientation leaders, morale, and the environment on the performance employee. The problem is that the author adopted, namely: whether orientation leaders, morale and working environment have a significant effect simultaneously and partially on the performance of employees Hospital Pertamina Pangkalan Brandan. This study uses a quantitative method involving 70 respondents. Collecting data is done using questionnaires division. The acquired data was analyzed using statistical formulas, using multiple linear regression analysis performed with SPSS version 23 program. Results of regression analysis as follows: Y = 2.861 + 0.308 X1 + 0.120 X2 + 0.446 + ε Variable orientation of leaders has the greatest influence on the performance of employees 0.342. The results of the analysis using the coefficient of determination is known that 76.2% of the employee's performance variation can be explained by the orientation leaders, morale and working environment at the 0.05% level of confidence. While the remaining 23.8% is explained by other variables not included in this study. The results of multiple regression analysis showed that partial orientation leaders have significant influence on employee performance. The test results simultaneously show the orientation leaders, morale and working environment has a significant influence on employee performance.

Human resources are the central factor in an organization. This study aims to analyze and confirm the influence on employee performance of leadership style and work environment. The data in this study was obtained from questionnaires distributed to the Batara Siang Pangkep Regency Regional General Hospital. Two types of data sources were used in this study, namely primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires at the Batara Siang Pangkep Regency Regional General Hospital and secondary data obtained from reports, documents, and other literature relating to this research. The method of analysis used is the multiple techniques of linear regression analysis.
