Chemicals. All materials were used as received without further purification, otherwise noted specifically. Oleylamine (OLA, 80-90%, Acros), 1-octadecene (ODE, 90%, Alfa), tetrabutylammonium hexafluorophosphate(TBAPF 6 , 99%, Fluka), trioctylphosphine (TOP, 97%, Strem), sodium bis amide (Na[N(SiMe 3 ) 2 , as 1.0 M THF solution, Alfa), bis[bis(trimethylsilyl)amino]tin(II) (Sn[N(SiMe 3 ) 2 ] 2 , 99%, Aldrich), trioctylphosphine oxide (TOPO, 90%, Aldrich), bismuth(III) chloride (BiCl 3 , 99%, Shanghai No.1 Chemical Reagent Factory) and selenium powder (99%, Tianjin Chemical Reagent Co., Ltd.).
