Lack of tech-savvy of kindergarten teachers to maximize ICT (Information and Communication Technology) resulted on the facts that their classes run monotonously. The present devotion aims at empowering the teachers to implement ICT in the classrooms at kindergartens in Bantur Regency, Malang. The implementation of the project was conducted in two sessions: theoritical introduction to ICT and practical intervention of ICT in teaching-learning process. The results show that the teachers were able to upgrade their levels of tech-savvy in the teaching-learning process independently. The levels were classified into three stages: 40% of the teachers got high scores, 40% of them achieved average scores, and the rest 20% obtained low scores.
