Influence of Leadership, Motivation, Organizational Culture on Work Satisfaction and Teacher Satisfaction in Dayun District, Siak District

This research aims to test and analyze the "Influence of Leadership, Motivation, Organizational Culture on Job Satisfaction and Teacher Performance in the Dayun District of Siak Regency". Data collection was carried out through questionnaires and carried out on 92 respondents. SEM & PLS and SPSS 19 were used for analysis. The results showed that the leadership style variable has no effect on job satisfaction significantly; the motivation variable influences significantly employee job satisfaction; the leadership style influences significantly employee performance; and job satisfaction also influences significantly the performance of Dayun teachers in Siak Regency.

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of leadership, discipline, and organizational culture on job satisfaction and teacher performance at SMP Negeri Bandar Petalangan. The number of samples in this study was the entire research population of 48 junior high school teachers in Bandar Petalangan District. The Effects of Principal Learning Leadership, Work Culture, and Job Satisfaction on Teacher Performance in The State Elementary School in East Banjarmasin Sub-District

The teacher performance is determined through competency, including planning, assessing teaching and learning, mastering learning materials, processing, and implementing. Therefore, this study aimed to analyze the direct and indirect effect of principal learning leadership, work culture, and job satisfaction on teacher performance at the State Elementary Schools in Banjarmasin Timur Sub-District. A quantitative method and correlation technique was applied to 14 schools with 340 teachers. A random sampling technique was further applied to the total number of teachers collected, producing a sample size of 184 respondents. The data collected from respondents through a questionnaire was then analyzed using descriptive, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, and path analysis. Improving teacher performance in an organization or especially in schools is very necessary to be able to produce good performance. The purpose of writing this journal is to determine the factors that can affect teacher performance, where the authors limit the factors of organizational culture, motivation and job satisfaction of teachers at SMK Bina Insan Mandiri. The method in this research is a descriptive method with a quantitative approach (deductive). The subject of this research is Bina Insan Mandiri Vocational High School. The population in this study were the principal, the vice principal in the curriculum sector, the vice principal for student affairs and finally the teachers at the school, with the total population in this study amounting to 67 people. Determination of the number of samples using saturated samples, data collection techniques using observation, questionnaires and documentation, while data analysis techniques using parametric statistical tests. Hypothesis testing is done by interpreting the results of the linear regression test. Based on the results of the analysis of funding calculations, it can be concluded that organizational culture, motivation and job satisfaction both independently and simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the performance of the Bina Insan Mandiri Vocational High School teachers. That is, the better the organizational culture, motivation and job satisfaction of the teacher, the better the teacher's performance towards the Bina Insan Mandiri Vocational High School.

Leadership Style of Principal and Organizational Culture Improve Teacher Job Satisfaction

The aim of this study is to explore the empowering of leadership style and organizational culture in increasing the senior high school teacher job satisfaction. The research used a quantitative approach by taking a survey. The affordable population in this study are 146 heads of public and private high schools in East Jakarta. The sampling technique used is a simple random sampling which gets 60 samples from the affordable population of 146. The result shows that the senior high school teacher job satisfaction can be improved by the empowering of leadership style and organizational culture. Strengthening leadership style and organizational culture will improve teaching practices and having teacher real job satisfaction. A combination of leadership style and organizational culture of teachers are required. Finally, teachers conditions for teaching practices are examined at one point in time. The Quality of students will improve if teacher job satisfaction also increases.

The purpose of this study was to analyze and evaluate the magnitude of the influence of Principal Leadership and Job Satisfaction on Teacher Performance. The research method used is a quantitative method through the distribution of questionnaires using a Likert scale as a data collection method. The population is 34 teachers and the method used in sampling is non-probability sampling. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis technique with simultaneous multiple regression test with regression equations to produce regression constants and coefficients for each independent variable. The Effect of Principal Leadership, Organizational Culture, Job Satisfaction and Work Motivation on Teacher Performance of Vocational High School in Medan City

The research aims to analyze the effect of: (1) the ability of the principal to lead on teacher satisfaction at work; (2) organizational culture in schools on teacher satisfaction at work; (3) the effect of the principal's ability to lead on the teacher's motivation to work; (4) the influence of organizational culture in schools on teachers' motivation to work; (5) the influence of the principal's ability to lead on teacher performance; (6) the influence of school culture on teacher performance; (7) the influence of teacher satisfaction at work on teacher performance; and (8) the influence of teacher motivation in working on teacher performance. The research subjects were teachers of State Vocational Schools of Technology and Engineering in Medan City. The sample is 174 people. The research method is path analysis. Based on the hypothesis testing: (1) the ability of the principal to lead on teacher satisfaction at work is 4.8%; (2) school culture on teacher satisfaction at work by 2.3%; (3) the ability of school principals to lead to teacher motivation at work is 7.8%; (4) school culture on teachers' motivation to work by 3.4%; (5) the ability of school principals to lead to teacher performance is 16.2%; (6) school culture on teacher performance by 7.6%; (7) teacher satisfaction at work on teacher performance of 4.6%; and (8) teacher motivation in working on teacher performance by 10.2%. The results showed that the principal's ability to lead, school culture, teacher satisfaction at work, and teacher motivation in working on teacher performance was 59.7%, and the rest was determined by other conditions.

The Effect of Teacher Competence, Job Satisfaction, Organizational Culture, and Work Motivation on Teachers Performance in SMP Negeri, Mapat Tunggul Selatan Sub-District

Background: This study aims to determine the effect of competence, job satisfaction, organizational culture, and work motivation on teacher performance. This research is motivated by the problem of teacher competence and job satisfaction which is still low, organizational culture that can be indicated as influencing teacher performance, and work motivation has a significant effect on the progress and improvement of the quality of teacher performance at Junior High School in South Mapat Tunggul Sub-district. This type of research uses a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression methods. Materials and Methods: Data collection techniques using questionnaires, observation and interviews. Respondents of this study were 49 teachers of Junior High School in South Mapat Tunggul Sub-district. The sampling method uses the total sampling method where the entire population in this study is used as the research sample. Hypothesis testing is calculated using the IBM Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) program version 24.0. Results: From the results of this study it is found that partially competence has a significant effect on teacher performance, job satisfaction has a significant effect on teacher performance, organizational culture has a significant effect on teacher performance, and work motivation has a significant effect on teacher performance, and job satisfaction, organizational culture, and work motivation together have a significant effect on teacher performance. the performance of teachers at Junior High School in South Mapat Tunggul Sub-district.

Teacher ’ s Job Satisfaction : An Analysis of School ’ s Principal Leadership and School Culture at the State Islamic Senior High School in Jambi Province

Job satisfaction in performing the task is important for the performance and productivity of a person. This study aims to analyze the influence of school’s principal leadership and school culture on teacher’s job satisfaction at the State Islamic Senior High School in Jambi Province. This research uses quantitative research method with path analysis technique, that is R Square analysis, partial hypothesis test with t test and simultaneously with F test, with alpha 5% (0,05). The total population are 890 teachers and 260 teachers as sample with using them as sample of area. Data analysis was done by using SPSS version 20.0 software. The result of this research has shown that the school’s principal and school culture had a significant effect on teacher's job satisfaction either partially or simultaneously.
