Background: The purpose of the paper is to assess organisational culture’s role on the performance of employees in the educational sector. Objectives: The paper seeks to address: what type of organisational culture is contributing to organisational performance, how organisational learning can be enhanced, how team orientation can be encouraged, and technical assistance and innovation can be promoted in developing economies. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of the reward system and healthy organizational culture on employee performance through motivation as mediating variable in Indonesia's higher education context, during pandemic COVID-19. The problem phenomenon, whereas during pandemic COVID-19 higher education needs to sustain that supported by employee performance. The method used in this study is quantitative. The data were collected through closed questionnaires in the online platform. This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational culture on improving the performance of education personnel at IBI Kesatuan. The variables used are loyalty and responsibility as independent variables, performance as the dependent variable and teamwork as the intervening variable. Quantitative data obtained from the questionnaire resulted as many as 58 (fifty eight) education personnel respondents at IBI Kesatuan, then the data was measured using Path Analysis through the SPSS v.22 program. Analysis of model 1 indicates that loyalty has a positive effect on teamwork, while responsibility does not have a positive effect on teamwork. The research plans to find out and investigate the impact of transformational leader and academic culture on the performance of Indonesian university lecturers amid the Corona Virus (COVID-19) time. This research utilizes a quantitative exploration strategy with a survey procedure to give response to the hypotheses of test planned. The respondents consist of 150 lecturers employing cluster random sampling technique. The product-moment correlation validated the instruments for lecturers’ performance, academic lecture, and transformational leader, the Alpha Cronbach estimated the reliability, and testing the hypothesis used path analysis. The path analysis results uncovered that (1) there was an impact of transformational leader on the performance of lecturers, (2) there was a direct impact of academic culture on the performance of lecturers, and (3) there was a direct impact of transformational leader on the academic culture of lecturers. This study examines the direct and indirect effects of organizational culture and organizational climate on teacher performance (TP) through spiritual work motivation (SWM). Designed as an explanatory research which aims to provide an explanation of the causal relationship between variables through hypothesis testing and aims to obtain appropriate testing in drawing causal conclusions. The sample of this research is 180 respondents of Islamic boarding school teachers in Madura Regency using stratified random sampling. This study uses PLS analysis (Partial Least Squares regression) with the SmartPLS version 3.0 program resulting that organizational culture and organizational climate do not directly affect TP but indirectly affect TP through SWM. Pandemic era has change all of life aspects in the world, including education institutions like universities. Lectures as a central of learning process must play their part on creating globally competitive collage students. One of the impact pandemics era is teaching process become online learning and no longer in campus as previously. The rapidly change requires lecturers to improve their skill at technology, increase their creativity and also must follow the changes. All of the predictor will have an impact to letcures performance. The research methodology used explanatory through four hypothesis testing either direct and mediation effect. The object and population use at study are lecturers at Universitas Bung Hatta, Padang. Purposive sampling use to find the sample with some criteria amd the criteria is who have a working period of > 1 year. the method of sampling in this study used the Slovin formula with 167 samples. This study analyzes the organizational culture and organizational effectiveness at public universities that operate the Educational Institution of Education Personnel (EIEP) in Indonesia. A carefully developed organizational culture can be part of a strategy to harmonize the cultural expressions of members of the organization to improve the organizational effectiveness at the university. This study analyzes the effect of organizational culture on organizational effectiveness. Using the survey and quantitative approach, the research was conducted at 12 public universities in Indonesia with population of 11,262 lecturers and the sample of 108 lecturers. The data were analyzed by descriptive, SEM-PLS, and quadrant analyses.
