Abstract
This paper presents an investigation of teachers’ engagement and collaboration toward building a Teacher Community in the context of a blended post-graduate course about e-learning and ICT in education. The design of both pedagogical and technological dimensions of the teacher community framework are presented. Research data were analysed using Social Network Analysis methods and revealed important information regarding critical indicators of interaction and collaboration among participants and the whole community performance. Conclusions are drawn for future development and research about on-line teacher communities.
