Tujuan ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana dampak pengelolaan alokasi dana desa terhadap peningkatan kesejahteraan masyarakat di desa lasara sowu kecamatan gunungsitoli utara. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Desa Lasara Sowu Kecamatan Gunungsitoli UtaraKota Gunungsitoli. Dalam penelitian ini metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Masyarakat Desa Lasara Sowu Kecamatan Gunungsitoli di empat dusun. Sampel pada penelitian yakni sebanyak 36 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data yang penulis gunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kepustakaan, lapangan dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian kualitatif mencakup transkip hasil wawancara, reduksi data, analisis, interpretasi data dan triangulasi. The results of this research can be concluaded that: 1. Lack of community participation to participate in village fund management planning, this is due to the lack of motivation of the community to participate in the deliberations. The purpose of this study is to determine the effectiveness of the use of village funds in order to improve the welfare of the community in Sungai Batang Villages. In this research using qualitative descriptive method. The type of data used in the form of secondary data about the development of effectiveness of the use of Village funds in order to improve the welfare of the community in Sungai Batang Villages. The results of research can be used by local governments to set policies on the use of Village Funds in order to increase the welfare of the community in Sungai Batang Villages. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh pelaksanaan kebijakan dana desa dan pemberdayaan masyarakat terhadap kesejahteraan masyarakat. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada 14 (empat belas) Desa yang tersebar di Kecamatan Siantar Narumonda Kabupaten Toba. Jumlah responden dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 220 masyarakat yang diambil dengan menggunakan metode proportional random sampling. Data yang terkumpul dalam penelitian ini dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis strucutre equation model. Berdasarkan hasil analisis yang dilakukan, disimpulkan bahwa secara langsung pelaksanaan kebijakan dana desa berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap pemberdayaan masyarakat. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of village funds on the level of poverty and the welfare of the community in the regency / city of the Province of Bali. Village fund data was obtained from the Bali Province Community and Village Empowerment Service, while the poverty rate and Human Development Index were obtained from the Central Statistics Agency of Bali Province in 2015-2017. The data analysis technique used in this study is descriptive statistics and path analysis. The results of this study indicate that village funds have a negative and significant effect on poverty levels. This means that the higher the village fund, the lower the poverty rate. This study aims to evaluate the impact of the Village Fund allocation on the improvement of regional development, which is measured by improvements in physical capital, human capital, economy, and community welfare (economic growth, poverty, and unemployment). The Difference in Difference (DID) method is applied to estimate the effects of village fund allocation by comparing the changes in outcome between the district that get village fund allocation (intervention group) and the cities that did not (control group). The results of the study show that the Village Fund has an impact on improving the achievement of outputs in infrastructure, education and health services, as well as improving economic performance, but has not been able to improve welfare indicators. The Village Fund is expected to be able to increase economic growth in the short term, but it has not yet affected poverty and unemployment.

This study aims to determine the perceptions of the people of Romean Village, Yaru District, West Southeast Maluku Regency on the management of village funds to improve the welfare of the village community. This research conducted a discretive caulitative approach using the analysis flow from Millis and Huberman. The technique of collecting data is through interviews with village government officials and several community members as informants. The results showed that Village Fund Management was not optimal because of low human resources, low level of community participation in village program planning, low supervision, lack of accountability and transparency in managing village funds, and finally the impact of village funds on community welfare was still low.
