This study aims to describe the creativity of English teachers when SMK Pencawan Medan grade X use learning media. This research is descriptive. The data is obtained through interviews. The data analysis followed some steps, namely collecting data, reducing, display data, data verification and create reports. The results showed that teachers employed the various teaching-learning media in ELT classes. English teachers used various media to make it easier for students to learn and understand the teaching materials. The media include audio, visual, and audio visual. Video media is a presentation media that can convey five forms of information, namely images, lines, symbols, sounds, and movements. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of video tutorial media in enhancing the creativity of drawing decorative items of students of SMP Negeri 1 Mojolaban. This research is a Research and Development (RnD) research using Borg & Gall (1983) model. The media used has validated by two media experts, one material expert, and a practitioner. After being approved, the media was tested on a small scale to 12 students and then check on a large scale to 32 students. The test instrument used in the study was an ornamental product assessment test. Data were analyzed using analysis of Independent-sample T-Test and Paired-Sample T-Test with a significance level of 5% (α = 0.05). The results showed that there were significant differences in the increase of students' creativity in the material in drawing decorative items.

Teacher is required to be creative and innovative, especially teachers who teach in Early Childhood Education (PAUD) institutions. However, there are still problems found in the field, such as: Teachers are less creative in developing learning media because they are used to using magazines/worksheets in learning activities. Teachers only use existing learning tools/media. This research aims to determine Teacher Creativity in Developing Learning Media by Utilizing Natural Materials in PAUD Institutions throughout Gunung Toar District, Kab. Kuantan Singingi. This research uses field research methods with a qualitative descriptive analysis approach. The subjects in this research were PAUD teachers in the Gunung Toar subdistrict with a total of 48 teachers/educators. Collection techniques use observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques use data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions, including analysis and interpretation of the meaning of the data. The results of the research show that the creativity of PAUD teachers in developing learning media using natural materials in Gunung Toar sub-district, Kuantan Singingi district is very good. Teachers use natural materials as learning media for early childhood, including using water, sand, plants and used goods. The use of natural materials gives PAUD students a real learning impression. This will make learning more effective, and students understand what they are learning more easily.

This research aimed to 1) describe students' creativity in modifying problem-solving based learning media, 2) develop a guide for students' creativity in modifying problem-solving based learning media, and 3) assess the accuracy of usage of the guide for students' creativity in modifying problem-solving based learning media. It employed a research and development method and a research design which was adapted from Borg and Gall's model. The subject of research was a group of college students in semester VI academic calendar 2017/2018 who were taking micro-teaching courses in IKIP PGRI Pontianak. Data were collected using observation and questionnaires. The data were analysed using a series of interactive model analysis: data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that: 1) a guide for students' creativity in modifying problem-solving based learning media was well developed according to pre-planned stages; 2) the students' creativity in modifying problem-solving based learning media were in "good" category; and 3) the usage of the guide for students' creativity in modifying problem-solving based learning media was deemed appropriate as 60% students managed to modify their learning media.

This study is a quantitative study with a correlation design that aims to determine whether or not there is a relationship between teacher creativity and student motivation for high grade students at MI Ar-Rahman Pajekko. The population in the study were all high school students of MI Ar-Rahman Pajekko which were also used as samples with a total of 45 students. The sample was selected using a non- probability sampling technique, namely saturated sampling. Data collection is done by using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistical analysis and inferential statistical analysis. Based on the results of descriptive statistical analysis, the results of teacher creativity research have an average of 22,91 and a percentage of 79,00% with a good category and the learning motivation of high-class students has an average of 23.41 and a percentage of 80.68% with a very good category. Teacher’s Creativity in the Development of Learning Media Fun Book in Kindergarten

Creativity is all activities that bring results that are innovative, useful, and easy to understand. It's very important to have a teacher, especially for kindergarten teachers. Because young children get bored easily and are always interested in new things. This study aims to describe the creativity of teachers in developing learning media Fun Book Learning in Kindergarten Dharmawanita Gedangan Kutorejo Mojokerto. The research method used was a qualitative research method. The subjects of this study were 3 teachers. Data collection techniques were obtained from interviews, observations and documentation. Data analysis was performed using Miles and Huberman analysis with three steps-the first step was data reduction, the second was data presentation and the third was verification or conclusions. Test the validity of the data in this study was carried out with the triangulation technique that is utilizing something other than data for comparative purposes data. Based on the results of data analysis shows that the three teachers at the Dharmawanita Gedangan Kindergarten can be said to be creative teachers, because they already have four aspects of creativity, namely fluency in thinking, flexibility, originality, and elaboration. Viewed from the four aspects, his enthusiasm and enthusiasm in developing Fun Book Learning media. They combine from pre-existing media, then all activities are adjusted to the development achievements of children aged 4-5 years of the 2013 curriculum. All of that is done so that their students can get innovative and fun media.

Purpose of the study: This study aimed to determine the correlation between teacher creativity in teaching and learning achievement. Methodology: This study uses quantitative research methods with a correlational research design. The population in this study was class V elementary school 091299 Sipoldas.
