Tingkat Stress Mahasiswa Selama Pembelajaran Daring DI Masa Pandemi COVID-19

As an effort to prevent and spread Covid-19, the government has implemented online learning activities from home. Online learning causes problems for students due to the availability of internet access, internet quota, the number of assignments given, and a lack of understanding of the material provided. These problems can trigger students to experience stress. The purpose of this study was to determine the stress level of students during online learning during the Covid-19 pandemic. The research method is descriptive. The sample in this study was 171 nursing students using a proportionate stratified random sampling technique. The sampling technique used is proportionate stratified random sampling. The results showed that 52 (30.4%) students experienced mild stress, 115 (67.3%) moderate stress, and 4 (2.3%) severe stress. Title: Psychological Pressure of Students While Distance Learning During the COVID-19 Pandemic This study aims to describe psychological stress, factors affecting psychological stress, and the dynamic of psychological stress of undergraduate students in long-distance learning during pandemic COVID-19. Respondents of this study are 548 undergraduate students from many universities in Yogyakarta. This study uses a qualitative design with qualitative content analysis. Nowadays, the Covid-19 pandemic is one of the main health crises for every individual from all nations, all nations, races, and socio-economic groups, the implementation of this lockdown has made very significant changes to the teaching and learning process, one of which is the lecture process as a result of many impacts perceived by the students themselves as less effective. This study aims to describe the problems that occur in students who undergo the learning process bravely during this pandemic. The technique used is a literature review by collecting several existing articles. The results showed that the cause of stress that emerged during the pandemic with a bold learning process was ineffective learning methods, and the conclusions that emerged as a result of the conceptual concept of learning applied in face-to-face learning did not work well.

Stres Akademik Mahasiswa dalam Melaksanakan Kuliah Daring Selama Masa Pandemi Covid 19

Terjadinya pandemic covid19 telah membuat banyak perubahan pada sektor pendidikan yang beralih menjadi pembelajaran daring. Perubahan sistem memicu munculnya stress akademik pada mahasiswa yang akan berdampak pada prestasi belajarnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran tingkat stres akademik yang dialami mahasiswa selama melaksanakan kuliah daring. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu kuantitatif dengan rancangan deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mahasiswa mengalami stress akademik terbanyak pada kategori sedang yaitu 80 mahasiswa (39,2%). Stress akademik kategori tinggi sebanyak sebanyak 55 orang (27%), kategori rendah sebanyak 48 orang (21%), kategori sangat tinggi sebanyak 14 orang (6,9%), dan kategori sangat rendah sebanyak 11 orang (5,4%). Artinya mahasiswa merasakan tekanan yang cukup berat selama melaksanakan pembelajaran daring di masa pandemic Covid19.

Traditional learning has shifted into online learning by the policy to prevent the transmission of the Covid-19 virus. Online learning is a learning pattern using internet technology networks. The online learning system is a new learning system in Indonesia and can cause stress. Coping is a response to changes in the learning system. The research objective was conducted to describe the level of stress and coping in students of the Faculty of Nursing, Universitas Advent Indonesia.
