Abstract

The present invention relates to a process for the preparation of nanolayers from graphene comprising the following steps: a) preparing a mixture of at least one graphite compound and at least one polymerisable medium to form at least one graphite compound intercalated with the polymerisable medium, b) polymerization of the dispersion prepared in step a) with exfoliation of the at least one intercalated graphite compound, and c) isolation of the nanolayers formed in step b) from graphene.
