Poverty has been a major problem for millennial women in North Sumatra and becoming micro-entrepreneurs appears to be an effective solution to overcome it. This study aims to determine the impact of business strategy and human resource management on the competitiveness of small businesses owned by millennial women in Medan City. Respondents in this study were a list of women who owned and ran businesses located in the city of Medan. In total, 77 respondents were involved in this study by considering the aspects of age, last education, length of business, business capital, source of fund, and business sector. New Business Development Strategies on Culinary Products for Millennials in Banjarmasin, Indonesia

The program of creating new businesses or Wirausaha Baru, abbreviated as WUB in Banjarmasin, seeks to gradually realize the community's welfare through programs and activities that all parties can benefit from. New businesses in the current era require creative and innovative individuals, especially millennials. Therefore, this study aims to determine the role of millennials in new businesses and analyze their strategies in developing business. The study also aims to analyze WUB policies in Banjarmasin. This study used a descriptive qualitative method and was carried out at the Office of Cooperatives, Micro Enterprises, and Manpower of Banjarmasin. Informants were selected purposively to provide information about the development of new millennial businesses, while the object of this study was the development of culinary products in Banjarmasin. The informants were the Head of Cooperatives, Micro Enterprises, and Manpower Office of Banjarmasin, the Head of Youth and Sports Office, the Head of the WUB Association, business actors, consumers, and the community. This study applied analytical techniques consisting of data reduction, triangulation, and drawing conclusions or verification. The results of this study indicate that the Office of Cooperatives, Micro Enterprises, and Manpower of Banjarmasin and six other Regional Work Units (Satuan Kerja Perangkat Daerahor SKPD) in Banjarmasin cooperate with the WUB community as a forum for channeling support and information on new business development in Banjarmasin. In addition, the findings of this study are expected to contribute to the direction of new business development policies in Banjarmasin.
Building Competitive Advantage With Human Resource Transformation in Women's Small Entrepreneurs

This research focuses on enhancing the competitive advantage of small women entrepreneurs in Deli Serdang Regency by transforming human resources and leveraging technology. The study addresses issues such as inadequate human resource management, suboptimal technology use, and a lack of strategic planning, leading to limited competitiveness in product marketing. The research involves 58 female entrepreneurs in Deli Serdang Regency and utilizes descriptive qualitative methods, including surveys, interviews, and focus group discussions. Findings highlight the competitive edge of female entrepreneurs through effective use of social media for marketing and online ordering. The study underscores the potential of information technology to boost the performance of micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs), emphasizing the importance of continuous learning, entrepreneurial spirit, and increased family income. Challenges like insufficient packaging and business legalization require serious attention. The research concludes that human resource transformation and digital adaptation are crucial for the success of women entrepreneurs in the region.

The implementation of digital marketing is one of the technology utilizations that the company nowadays bring into their business process. Ciputra University focuses on developing its student's businesses. According to their goals to produces graduates who have an entrepreneurial mindset thatis able to establish and manage a sustainable business, Ciputra University becomes one mini representation of the world of new business establishments in Indonesia developed by young people.By looking at how the implementation of digital marketing conducted by Ciputra University's students as startup scale business owners in the city of Surabaya, researchers found the impact on digital marketing toa very interesting characteristic of youth entrepreneur business performance. This research found that digital marketing implementation relates positively tothese youth entrepreneur business achievements such as increased sales and profit, enlarged market share, deepen customer loyalty, and escalated competitive advantage.

This research investigates the role of entrepreneurial leadership in micro-enterprise development in the district of Majalengka in West Java, Indonesia. This study applied a qualitative content analysis method to understand the phenomenon of micro-enterprises comprehensively. The data of this research was collected using surveys, interviews, and a group discussion. The findings indicated that technological information adaptation plays a crucial role in the development of micro-enterprise development. Since the group of millennials dominated the leadership, it has provided more creativity by implementing technological information instead of the previous generation that faced difficulties in adopting the technology. This study noted that inadequate technology adaptation makes micro-business gradually lose customers, and the business was threatened to close. Meanwhile, the role of leadership drives the business development, sales have risen, the number of products has been increasingly diverse, and business capital and number of employees have grown. The establishment of an entrepreneur group could facilitate peer-to-peer contact, knowledge transfer, training, and intervention to enhance leadership and business development. This finding pointed out that the leadership will successfully influence business development when supported by several characteristics such as manage the business, capture opportunities, confidence, firmness, personal integrity, communication, and social and technical expertise.
Key Success Factors in Female Micro Entrepreneurship-A Study of the Catering Business
This study, in which catering business has been investigated develops a new assessment model to evaluate key success factors for micro-enterprise creation and operation. The proposed model comprises four dimensions (opportunity, resources, management, and personality traits) and establishes and revises 37 assessment factors based on expert opinions. Besides evaluating the key success factors, the proposed model also suggests 10 success factors that represent a strong contribution to the literature by providing a valuable sub-pack for creating and operating a micro-enterprise.
Female entrepreneurs in MSM enterprises- Mojokerto district - East Java

The purpose of this study is to explore and provide knowledge about female entrepreneurs in Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Mojokerto District-East Java. The focus of this research is on female entrepreneurs because Indonesian people are patrilineal people who value male more than female so that the contribution of female entrepreneurs has not been exposed much. The data used in this study were primary data. The number of respondents was 38 female entrepreneurs who own micro or small enterprises in the creative industry sub-sector covering 18 sub-districts in Mojokerto Regency with characteristics: female, having a business more than 4 years, and in the creative industry sub-sector. The results of the study show that female entrepreneurs in Mojokerto run micro-enterprises and are engaged in culinary and fashion, most of them do not have a business license (legal entity) even though the average length of business is more than 5 years. Various aspects of the business have been carried out starting from establishing partnerships, innovating, marketing and using technology such as Android, but the various constraints that arise make female entrepreneurs in Mojokerto unable to develop their business optimally.

Female entrepreneurship involves a movement where women can empower oneself and share their values with others. This study explores a business initiative led these principles: Latifa Indonesia, a maternal wellbeing therapy business founded by a female entrepreneur named Verawati. It describes the digital marketing strategy implemented by the company and analyzes several its impacts. The research employs a qualitative case study as well as semi-structured interviews, observation, and textual documentation to collect the data required. Thematic analysis, triangulation, and member checking are used while analyzing the obtained data. The Initiator of Women and Their Reasons for Entry in Micro-Enterprises

This paper aims to describe women and their enterprises and to assess the initiator, and their reasons behind the commencement of their business. The paper deals with the micro-enterprises controlled and managed by a disadvantaged section of women in Biratnagar Metropolitan City. The sample of 54 deprived women running microenterprises was selected implying a purposive sampling method. Primary data were collected with a structured questionnaire that was administered by the researcher. The study depicted that there were 3 main motivating factors self-motivation, selfemployment attitudes, and educational background of leaning towards microenterprises. The disadvantaged section of women due to various social inhibitions and personal reasons, there is a little chance of getting formal jobs in an organized sector. This compelled them to run micro-enterprises. Women belonging to disadvantaged classes are willing for productive involvement in economic gainful activities pushing them to micro-enterprises.
