Meningkatkan Keterampilan Sosial Anak Melalui Permainan Tradisional

Early childhood education is basically education organized with the aim of facilitating the growth and development of students as a whole which emphasizes the development of all aspects of their personality. One aspect of development that must be the full attention of both teachers and parents is social development. The social aspect needs to be developed because basically every student will need help from others and will live as a social human being, but in reality there are still many students who cannot socialize with other people. The alternative to overcome these problems is to use traditional games as an alternative in improving social skills in children. The application of this traditional game will train children to interact with friends and the environment around children at school because through traditional games children will be more happy in interpreting what is taught by the teacher. This research was conducted at RA Assalam Wonorejo with descriptive qualitative research methods. The results showed that through traditional games it can help children to understand and obey the rules, children can be patient to wait their turn with other friends, and interactions between groups go well.

Penguatan “Kaulinan Barudak Sunda” sebagai permainan tradisional

This article aimed to strengthen “Kaulinan Barudak Sunda” as a traditional game towards the community in an effort to improved cultural security in Jatinangor District. To achieved this goal, we provided an understanding of the importance of “Kaulinan Barudak” traditional games towards the community through Focus Group Discussion regarding the identification and formulation of activity objectives, socialization, mentoring and practised of Kaulinan Barudak Sunda for children, and evaluation of activities. The method of implementing this activity was Problem Based Learning by solving problems that occurred regarding the fading of knowledge and practised of Kaulinan Barudak Sunda among children, also carried out with the Community Based Research method by involving the community in compiling shared ideas as needed. Aspects of early childhood development include Islamic religious education, social-emotional character and independence, language, cognitive, physical-motor and art. Early childhood requires concrete and interesting learning, as RA Al-Kamil and TKIT Nurul 'Ilmi applied traditional games. But not specifically analyzed the emotional development of children. Therefore, this study examined the emotional development of children using traditional games. The study was conducted in RA Al-Kamil and TKIT Nurul ‘Ilmi in the first semester of the Academic Year 2018/2019. Subjects in this study are teachers, principals, parents and children of group B. The instruments used were observation forms, interview guidelines and documentation. The research is qualitative. Data analysis techniques used were triangulation and validity. The results showed that (1)traditional games used were against marbles, long clogs, conklak sand bakelan; and (2) the emotional development of children develops after the application of traditional games in RA.

Kompetensi sosial memiliki dampak positif pada perkembangan anak. Kompetensi sosial mendukung kemampuan komunikasi, keberhasilan akademik dan adaptasi di sekolah, serta memperkuat hubungan sebaya dan menciptakan lingkungan yang positif dalam pembelajaran. Oleh sebab itu, kompetensi ini harus dikembangkan sejak dini secara optimal. Salah satu cara mengembangan kompetensi sosial emosional pada naka usia dini adalah melalui permainan tradisonal. Terdapat beragam jenis permainan tradisonal yang dapat digunakan sebagai media alternatif pegnembangan sosial emosional anak usia diini. Kata Kunci: Permainan Tradisional, Media Pembelajaran, Sosial Emsional Anak A. PENDAHULUAN Pendidikan merupakan modal dasar untuk menyiapkan insan yang berkualitas. Menurut Undang-undang Sisdiknas Pendidikan adalah usaha sadar dan terencana untuk mewujudkan suasana belajar dan proses pembelajaran agar peserta didik secara aktif mengembangkan potensi dirinya untuk memiliki kekuatan spiritual keagamaan, pengendalian diri, kepribadian, kecerdasan, akhlak mulia, serta keterampilan yang diperlukan dirinya, masyarakat, bangsa dan negara. Menurut UNESCO pendidikan hendaknya dibangun dengan empat pilar, yaitu learning to know, learning to do, learning to be, dan learning to live together. Pada hakikatnya belajar harus berlangsung sepanjang hayat. Untuk menciptakan generasi yang berkualitas, pendidikan harus dilakukan sejak usia dini dalam hal ini melalui Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini (PAUD), yaitu pendidikan yang ditujukan bagi anak sejak lahir hingga usia 6 tahun. Sejak dipublikasikannya hasilhasil riset mutakhir di bidang neuroscience dan psikologi maka fenomena pentingnya PAUD merupakan keniscayaan. PAUD menjadi sangat penting mengingat potensi kecerdasan dan dasar-dasar perilaku seseorang terbentuk pada rentang usia ini. Sedemikian pentingnya masa ini sehingga usia dini sering disebut the golden age (usia emas). PAUD di atur dengan jelas dalam UU No.20 Th 2003 tentang Sisdiknas sebagai jenjang pendidikan dan jalur pendidikan memiliki kurikulum yang sama baik pada PAUD Formal maupun Nonformal. Sebagai jenjang pendidikan, PAUD merupakan pendidikan yang diselenggarakan sebelum pendidikan dasar sembilan tahun. Hal tersebut bertujuan menyiapkan anak-anak usia dini siap memasuki jalur pendidikan dasar selanjutnya dengan bekal kesiapan mental dan emosional serta aspek-aspek lain dalam diri anak untuk menerima beban materi yang lebih di tingkat pendidikan dasar.

Pewarisan Permainan Tradisional Pada Anak Usia Dini Sebagai Sarana Rekreatif, Kompetitif Dan Edukatif

Culture as a community heritage handed down from generation to generation. Inheritance of character values in children becoming a fundamental requirement for the foundation of a child to adulthood. Traditional games as a legacy of the archipelago are starting to fade among the melenial generation, the flow of digital technology is the main factor in traditional games being abandoned. Children are more love to play the gadget, online games, internet, social media, ticktock, and youtube. Melenial generation began not familiar with the heritage of traditional games developed in the community. The purpose of this study to describe the concept of inheritance of traditional games in early childhood. The method used qualitative methods using the technique of interview, observation and documentation. The results of the study illustrate that traditional games provide recreational, competitive, and educational values for early childhood, as a means of physical motor development for children.

Eksistensi Permainan Tradisional Tamtam Buku dalam Membentuk Keterampilan Sosial

Social skills can be explained as a person's ability to adapt to society and get along with other people (socializing). Social skills include the ability to communicate, build relationships with other people, respect individuals and other people, give or receive input, give or receive criticism, act according to existing norms and rules, and so on. Social skills are not a person's innate ability but rather are acquired through a learning process from parents, peers and the environment. Therefore, every child must be trained and accustomed to interacting with other people from an early age so that the child will grow into a person who has maturity in thinking and acting. This research study aims to improve and develop children's social skills through book tamtam games and to preserve traditional games by making them a learning medium in schools. The method used in this research is qualitative, data collection through interviews, observation and documentation notes. Research findings show that book tamtam games are still quite popular among elementary school students. This game is used as a learning medium in scout activities as a place for interaction and socialization between peers, teachers and those at the place where they study. In this paper, it is revealed that the book tamtam game is able to improve children's social skills in various aspects such as children's interpersonal behavior, behavior related to themselves, behavior related to academic success, peer acceptance, and communication skills.

Mengembangkan Kecerdasan Interpersonal Anak dengan Bermain Permainan Tradisional

Indonesian traditional games are now increasingly being abandoned. Children prefer to play online games. The purpose of this community service activity is to develop children's interpersonal intelligence by playing traditional games and introducing traditional games to children. This activity was attended by 12 children aged between 7-12 years in Ar Rasyid Alquran learning center. The activity was carried out for 4 meetings, each meeting played a different game; Bantengan, Gobaksodor, Dakon and Engkle. Children's interpersonal intelligence was measured through a questionnaire given before and after the activity. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh permainan tradisional terhadap keterampilan sosial anak dikelas IV SD 091526 Marjanji Tahun Pembelajaran 2019/2020. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif analitik. Populasi penelitian ini seluruh kelas IV SD 091526 Marjanji yang berjumlah 46 siswa. Pengambilan Sampel dengan menggunakan simple random sampling dan diperoleh sampel adalah kelas IV-A yang berjumlah 24 siswa. Untuk mengetahui hipotesis dalam penelitian ini yakni dengan menggunakan uji regresi linier sederhana dan uji t. Berdasarkan hasil kuesioner yang disebarkan pada 24 sampel, diperoleh taraf signifikan 0,000 < 0,05 maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima artinya ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara permainan tradisional dengan keterampilan sosial anak. Karakter diartikan sebagai tabiat; watak; sifat-sifat kejiwaan; akhlak atau budi pekerti yang membedakan seseorang dengan yang lain. Sebagai model pikiran, perasaan, sikap dan tindakan yang melekat kuat pada diri seseorang. Maka, karakter seseorang harus dibentuk sejak usia kanak-kanak agar tebiasa berperilaku positif. Karena kegagalan dalam membentuk karakter sejak kanak-kanak akan menimbulkan masalah perilaku di masa dewasa. Oleh sebab itu pembentukan karakter anak haruslah dilakukan sejak dini.
