Obesity is a condition of excessive weight due to excessive accumulation of fatin the body. The prevalence of obesity aged ≥ 15 years in 2015 in Bengkulu city is 308people (3.15%), the prevalence increases compared with the previous year. The purposeof this research is to know the influence of nutrition counseling to knowledge, energyintake, fat intake, and fiber intake in obese teenager at vocational high school 01bengkulu city in 2017. This research is pre-experiment research with pretest-postest onegroupdesign. The number of respondents obtained as many as 17 samples with SimpleRandom Sampling technique. Nutrition is a process by which organisms use food normally consumed by the process of digestion, absobsi, transportation, storage, metabolism and release substances that are not used to sustain life, growth and normal functioning of organs, as well as generate energy. State of good nutrition can improve the health of individuals and communities. A good diet is based on the balanced nutrition. The nutrients contained in the food consumed function for the survival of all biological processes in the body. principle of balanced nutrition is adapted to the nutritional needs of number of age groups, gender, health, and physical activity. Not only that, it should be noted variations in the type of food. Settings portion / quantity consumed adjusted to age group, activity, sex. concept of balanced nutrition was set thirteen basic message as practical guidelines to regulate the daily diet balanced and safe. The goal is that the nutritional status and optimal health can be achieved and maintained.

Nutritional problems that arise at a young age are triggered by various factors such as poor eating habits, wrong understanding of nutrition, excessive preferences for food types, excessive promotion of food product graphics in the mass media and imported food products. Knowledge of food and nutrition is also one of the factors that influence nutritional status, so formal and non-formal nutrition education is needed. The level of knowledge is very flexible, young people will be positive when choosing the best alternative and tend to do good things. Knowledge is also one of a person's considerations in choosing and consuming food. The purpose of this research is to find out effect of balanced nutrition counseling on Adolescent knowledge and attitudes. This study used a one group pretest-posttest design. Total population of 173 respondents, sampling using probability sampling, namely proportional stratified random sampling, with a total of 63 respondents. Data analysis using t-test. The results of this study found that there was an effect of balanced nutrition counseling on knowledge (p-value 0.000) and attitudes (p-value 0.000) of adolescents. The conclusion that can be drawn from this study is that there is an influence of balanced nutrition counseling coupled with the knowledge and attitudes of adolescents..

Penyuluhan Pencegahan Gizi Kurang pada Balita

Kejadian gizi kurang pada anak dapat mengahmbat pertumbuhan dan perkembangan anak di masa depan. Tujuan dari kegiatan penyuluhan agar ibu dapat mengetahui dan memahami apa yang dimaksud dengan gizi kurang, penyebab gizi kurang, tanda dan gejala gizi kurang dan pencegahan dari gizi kurang. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan di Desa Tabalu pada tanggal 05 November 2020. Metode kegiatan ini adalah melakukan penyuluhan. Evaluasi menggunakan kuesioner pre-posttest. Hasil kegiatan menunjukan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan sesudah diadakan penyuluhan. Diharapkan bidan desa untuk memberikan edukasi secara periodik kepada ibu balita.

Status Gizi Dengan Usia Menarche Pada Remaja Putri

Nutrition Status with Menarche Age at Young Women. This study aims to determine the relationship between nutritional status and age of menarche in adolescent girls at SMP Ganesha Denpasar. This study uses analytic method and use cross sectional approach where 67 female adolescent samples with research instrument in the form of body weight, height measuring instrument and questionnaire sheet. The technique used is simple random sampling and in data processing using Spearman's Rank correlation test. Based on the result of the research, almost half of 29 respondents (43,3%) are in nutritional status of thin and normal nutrition, almost all of them 58 respondents (86,6%) get menarche at age 11-13 years and there is relationship between nutritional status with Age of menarche in adolescent girls at SMP Ganesha Denpasar with result of coefficient of r correlation equal to 0,453 and value p=0,000. Abstrak : Status Gizi dengan Usia Menarche pada Remaja Putri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara status gizi dengan usia menarche pada remaja putri di SMP Ganesha Denpasar. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analitik dan menggunakan metode pendekatan cross sectional dimana sampelnya 67 remaja putri dengan instrument penelitian berupa timbangan berat badan, alatukur tinggi badan dan lembar kuesioner. Teknik yang digunakan adalah simple random sampling serta dalam pengolahan datanya menggunakan uji kolerasi Spearman's Rank. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh hampir setengahnya yaitu 29 responden (43,3%) berada pada status gizi kurus dan gizi normal, hampir seluruhnya yaitu 58 responden (86,6%) mendapatkan menarche pada usia 11-13 tahun dan ada hubungan antara status gizi dengan usia menarche pada remaja putri di SMP Ganesha Denpasar dengan hasil koefisien kolerasi r sebesar 0,453 dan nilai p = 0,000.

Pemenuhan gizi pada remaja adalah investasi untuk bangsa, di mana remaja yang sehat, cerdas dan produktif menjadi kebutuhan agar melahirkan generasi bangsa Indonesia yang cemerlang. Saat ini kondisi Kesehatan khususnya pada remaja harus menjadi perhatian besar baik pemerintah maupun Masyarakat. Masalah gizi remaja di Indonesia meliputi kurang gizi, stunting, anemia, dan obesitas. Tujuan dari penyuluhan ini adalah untuk memberikan edukasi kepada remaja khususnya peserta didik di SMP Unismuh Makassar terkait permasalahan gizi remaja dan bagaimana cara pencegahannya agar kebutuhan gizi remaja bisa terpenuhi dengan baik dan seimbang. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan berupa sosialisasi atau penyuluhan Kesehatan terkait gizi pada remaja, sebelumnya dilakukan pengukuran berat badan dan tinggi badan peserta didik untuk mengidentifikasi kondisi gizi lalu setelah itu dilanjutkan dengan pemberian materi. Pada kegiatan ini diikuti oleh 90 peserta 45 putra dan 45 putri, hasil pengukuran Indeks massa Tubuh (IMT) siswa adalah 9,8 % kategori gemuk tingkat ringan, 20,98 % kurus tingkat ringan, dan 69,22 % normal. Edukasi tentang gizi seimbang harus terus diberikan kepada remaja agar pola makan mereka bisa terbentuk dengan kebiasaan yang lebih sehat agar mengurangi masalah gizi pada remaja Indonesia seperti kurang gizi, anemia dan obesitas.

Status gizi baik dapat terjadi apabila tubuh memperoleh cukup zat-zat gizi yang digunakan secara efisien, sehingga memungkinkan pertumbuhan fisik, perkembangan otak, kemampuan kerja mencapai tingkat kesehatan optimal. Status gizi kurang merupakan kondisi tidak sehat yang ditimbulkan karena tidak tercukupinya kebutuhan makanan yang diperlukan oleh tubuh. Sedangkan zat gizi lebih terjadi bila tubuh memperoleh zat gizi yang berlebihan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran status gizi pada anak sekolah dasar. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif dengan desain cross-sectional. Penelitian ini di lakukan di SD Al Firdaus Surakarta dengan sampel sebanyak 93 anak sekolah dasar. Gambaran Kecukupan Gizi pada Kehamilan Remaja di Kota Salatiga

Background: Nutritional adequacy is one of the factors that affect the health of pregnant women and fetuses. Objective to describe the nutritional adequacy of adolescent pregnant women in Salatiga City. Methods: this study uses a mix method. The study population was all teenage pregnant women in Salatiga City. The sample is all pregnant women aged 12-16 years through total sampling technique. The instruments used were food records 2x24 hours and the SQ-FFQ form last one month for quantitative research, pens, recording tools and qualitative research log books. Quantitative data were analyzed using NutriSurvey 2007 software, qualitative data were analyzed through coding. Result: The level of macronutrient adequacy of adolescent pregnant women in Salatiga City mostly has a deficit of weight and more, namely carbohydrates (57.14%) and fat (85.71%). Most of the micronutrient adequacy levels are deficits, namely potassium (85.71%), calcium (100%), zinc (100%), iron (85.71%), folate (85.71%), vitamin B1 (100%) and vitamin E (57.14%). Conclusion: Research on the level of macronutrients adequacy of adolescent pregnant women in Salatiga City is mostly in the category of heavy and overweight deficits, namely carbohydrates and fats above 50%. The level of micronutrients adequacy in most of the deficit categories, namely potassium, calcium, zinc, iron, folate, vitamin B1 and vitamin E is above 50%. This is influenced by the imbalance of food intake consumed during pregnancy. This also results in weight gain of pregnant women not being ideal for weight gain during pregnancy, even though they have good nutritional status.
