Asālīb Tadrīs al-Imlā li Gair Nāṭiqīn bi al-Arabiyyah

Imlā is in the high position among the branches of language. It constitutes an important foundation for written language. Errors in imlā can result in many problems and lead to errors in understanding sentence because of its unclear meaning. Students who are not Arabic speakers encounter many problems when learning this realm. Therefore, it is needed an appropriate method to adapt students language ability with their language level. This study aims to explain several methods of teaching Imla for non Arabic speakers. The suggested method here is adjusted with the four types of imlā, namely: Imlā Manqūl, Imla Manżūr, Imla Masmū’ and Imla Ikhtibāri. Besides it is provided with applicative examples in the teaching of imlā based on certain stages that should be taken by a teacher. The background of this research is the lack of diversity of teaching materials and the need for teachers and students to develop them. The purpose of this study is to describe the development of Arabic language teaching materials based on multiple intelligences, to determine their validity and effectiveness. The research method used is R&D with the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Application, and Evaluation). The results of the study are as follows: (1) Multiple intelligences-based teaching materials are valid with a percentage of 92.4% in terms of material, 87.5% in language and 94.23% in design. (2) Multiple intelligences-based learning materials are effective for improving students' understanding of qawaid, this can be seen from the Wilcoxon 0.000 test results which are less than 0.05. This shows that the alternative hypothesis is accepted and the null hypothesis is rejected.

Taṭbīq Al-Manhaj Al-Takamuly Fī Mu’assasāt Al-Ta’līm Al-‘Āly

This study aims to (1) describe the idea of an integrated curriculum in higher education, (2) depict its implementation at the university level, and (3) find out the impact of the curriculum on university development. This research used a qualitative approach. It employed a literature study. The researchers gathered the data from book reviews and related journals. Data analysis involved collecting the data, sorting, presenting, and drawing conclusions. The findings showed that (1) the idea of an integrated curriculum was depicted in a tree-shaped scientific structure; (2) the integrated curriculum was done by requiring all students to learn Arabic and English, as well as providing opportunities for all students to memorize the Quran and practice Islamic life; (3) integrated curriculum contributed to accelerating the development and internationalization of institutions. Moreover, it improved human resources competencies. ‘Ināyat al-Muḥaddithīn al-Indūnīsiyyīn bi al-Arba’īniyyāt; Dirāsah ‘an Kitāb al-Fādānī fī al-Arba’īn

This article discusses one of the works of hadīth scholar, which is known as “Arba`īn”. The writers of Arba`īn collect forty hadīths from different topics and then combined them into one book. Some of them innovated in combining the hadīth. This type of work is known as “Arba`ūn Buldāniyah”. The first scholar to do this is al-Ḥāfiẓ Abū Ṭāhir as-Silafi, then followed by his student, Ibnu `Asākir. Shaikh Yāsīn, a Hadīth scholar from Indonesia who lived in Mecca since he was child. Shaikh Yāsīn had a good reputation in Isnād (chain of hadīths) by maintaining the continuous line of transmission from his teacher, the teachers of his teacher, and to the author of the book studied, as was done by previous scholars. An Analytical Study of the Quranic Intertextuality in the Divan of Ka'b bin Malik

New literary critical opinions have appeared in the second half of the 20 th century among which is intertextuality. It is also known as quotation, implication, citing and imitation. Julia Cristeva, a Bulgarian linguist and researcher, was the first to use this term in the sixties. Intertextuality is a new phenomenon that includes old concepts in the Arabic literature. When we read the divan of Ka'b bin Malik, an early Islamic poet, we see that his poetry is rich with the Quranic intertextuality directly or indirectly. The research attempts to elucidate some examples from this intertextuality relying on the analytical-functional model.

Asāsiyyātu Tarbiyyat Al-ʻulūm Al-Laduniyyah Fī Al-Tafsīr

Laduni science is an extraordinary event that can be said to be beyond human behavior and this can be proof that Allah knows everything. In addition, it is also a reminder for us that even though humans have intelligence, they still cannot reveal all the secrets of God Almighty. Actually there is no definite theory to arrive at knowledge of laduni science, because it depends entirely on who will provide knowledge about the science. In contrast to science which is included in the category of exact knowledge, it is largely determined by one's perseverance. The more diligent and diligent in learning, the smarter and gain a lot of knowledge. And we will discuss in this article the basics of laduni science education in the interpretation of the Qur'an. Among them are verses and hadiths that discuss laduni science and comments by Sufis about laduni education.

Al-Rasm al-'Uthmānī fī al-Muṣḥaf al-mi‘yārī al-Indūnīsī ‘inda al-Dānī wa Abī Dāwud

This article aims to find a scientific argument for the differences in rasm ‘Uthmānī between Indonesian’s muṣḥaf and Madinah’s muṣḥaf. Some people claim that rasm ‘Uthmānī of the Madinah’s muṣḥaf is the most proper compared to the Indonesian’s muṣḥaf. Through the comparison of the differences in both muṣḥafs based on the two books of al-Muqni‘ by al-Dānī and Mukhtaṣar al-tabyīn by Abū Dāwud Sulaymān, both have basics of similarity. The difference in the writing of rasm ‘Uthmānī in the Indonesian’s muṣḥaf and the Madinah’s muṣḥaf in general only lies in the difference in their affiliation in the two major schools in this discipline that were written in the 5th century Hijri by al-Dānī and Abū Dāwud. This article proves that differences in rasm ‘Uthmānī are common in terms of transmission, and the claim that the rasm of Madinah’s muṣḥaf is the most correct of rasm ‘Uthmānī is a mistake.

The art of calligraphy painting by Syaiful Adnan and its beauty are interesting to study due to their distinctive characteristics. Adnan’s script or type of writing differs from the standard style of script from the Middle East. In his hand, creative processes and various dynamics of aesthetic aspects tend to glide calmly. Syaiful Adnan has had solo and collective exhibitions at home and abroad which present the holy verses of the Qur'an as well as hadith and Mahfudzot or words of wisdom as central themes. This study aims to develop Arabic-speaking teaching materials for tourism based on the Indonesian National Competency Standards (SKKNI) at the Department of Arabic Literature, State University of Malang. The ADDIE development model was used in this research and development. Data was collected using the instruments of observation, interview, questionnaire, and test. Meanwhile, data analysis techniques include qualitative descriptive data analysis and statistical descriptive. As a result of this research, Arabic language teaching materials for tourism are created according to the needs of students who focus on speaking skills. This teaching material consists of 8 themes: picking up tourists at the airport, hotel check-in, zoo tours, marine tourism, mountain tours, culinary tours, and shopping tours.
