Abstract

Business competition occurs in all existing business lines as well as in cooperatives. In Balicooperatives continue to grow and develop rapidly. This development also influenced the overallperformance of cooperatives, be it members, capital and business volumes and assets. The problem inthis study is how the influence of trust and commitment simultaneously and partially on the CustomerLoyalty of Arsa Winangun Kintamani Cooperative and which variables among trusts and commitmentshave the most dominant influence on customer loyalty in Arsa Winangun Kintamani Cooperative. Thepurpose of this study is to determine and analyze the effect of trust and commitment simultaneouslyand partially on the loyalty of Arsa Winangun Kintamani Cooperative Customers. The number ofsamples used was 94 customers. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis.
