It has a qualitative research design, wherein data is collected through document analysis. The form developed for this purpose is comprised of nine sections, each of which focuses on a different aspect: universities, education levels, departments/programs, topics, research models, methodologies, sampling strategies, data collection instruments, and data analysis techniques. A total of 126 graduate theses were analyzed. The data was analyzed by means of content analysis. The study revealed that, of 126 theses, 106 were master's theses, and 20 were doctoral theses; the highest number of theses on values education were submitted in 2013, and the most frequently studied topic was students' values. It was also found that qualitative methods were the most common research methods, and survey was the most common research model. The aim of the current study was to examine Swedish and Turkish teachers’ perspectives on values education. Qualitative interviews with 52 teachers were conducted and analyzed. Values education was mostly about compliance with societal values and norms. The learning goals or values in values education were mainly on how to treat others and on self-responsibility. Values education was largely described as an everyday practice embedded in the stream of social interactions. Furthermore, an everyday language was used when the teachers described values and values education. There was a lack of professional knowledge in this domain.

Bulgarian Journal of Science & Education Policy, 2019
Values are a topic of multidisciplinary areas, elaborated by various scientific disciplines. The consequences of non-acquisition of human values are manifested in all spheres of social life. Therefore, they are important for research in the field of social sciences, and especially in the field of pedagogy , education and personal development. Given the importance of values in the development of pupils' personality, we conducted a survey in a large school in North Macedonia to examine the attitudes and opinions of teachers, pupils and school support staffs on the extent values are achieved in an elementar y school. The results allow us to perceive the realization of the value-based educational goals in primary class grade and subject teaching and to determine the pedagogical assumptions important for the development of students' values ori-entations.
Attitude towards value-oriented education among undergraduate students
The erosion of values is one of the burning issues of recent human society. To keep human civilization safe from these issues, there is no substitute for values. Education is the only tool through which values can be inculcated among the present generation as well as the future generation. Thereafter with the help of this study, the investigators try to measure the attitude towards value-oriented education among undergraduate students. Value-oriented education scale standardized by B. Yella Reddy (2004) is used to collect responses from the students. The research population includes all undergraduate college students of Purulia district, West Bengal. Stratified random sampling techniques were used. 149 undergraduate students at different colleges affiliated with Sidho Kanho Birsha University, Purulia, W. B., India were selected as a sample and the data analysis has been performed through Microsoft excel. The findings of this study revealed that there is no significant difference existing between different demographic variables (gender, local of the students) of undergraduate college students regarding their attitude towards value-oriented education.
