The Survey on Students’ Satisfaction Degree towards Online Learning during Covid-19 Pandemic Condition

The present study aimed at describing the satisfaction level of the university students in online learning at STKIP Muhammadiyah Barru during the Covid-19 pandemic situation. The research participants were 30 students of the Guidance and Counseling study program in the first semester on the academic year of 2021/2022. To collect data, researchers distributed questionnaire items to participants via Google forms, then analyzed the data qualitatively. The result of students’ responses to the questionnaire showed that in overall, 14 students (46.7%) of Guidance and Counseling Study Program at STKIP Muhammadiyah Barru were satisfied with the implementation of online learning organized by the campus, 10 other students (33.3%) stated that they were very satisfied, although there were also a small number namely 6 students (20%) expressed dissatisfaction. COVID-19 pandemic has interfered with teaching and learning landscape in higher learning institutions. The spread of COVID-19 has forced governments of many countries to shut-down schools and put into effect remote learning or distance learning. The purpose of this study is to answer a specific question: are the on-campus students in Malaysia higher learning institutions satisfied with online learning mode? The study also investigates the effect of variables such as students’ gender, level of study and specialization on satisfaction with online learning mode. This research aims to find out the students' satisfaction of online learning and the factors that affect the students’ satisfaction of online learning during the COVID-19 Pandemic at Tadulako University in the academic year 2020/2021. This research used qualitative approach. This research collected the data through survey method using a questionnaire and interview. The research subject was the third year students of the English Language Education program at Tadulako University in the academic year 2020/2021. Investigation of Students’ Satisfaction With Online Education

The aim of this study is to evaluate Sultan Qaboos University's (SQU) Civil and Architecture Engineering Department (CAED) students' satisfaction with online learning platforms during the Coronavirus COVID-19 pandemic in Oman. Transformative learning theories were the base for the theoretical approach of this study, while Moodle and Google Meet are the key learning tools. In order to conduct quantitative research, 476 students enrolled at Sultan Qaboos University's Civil and Architecture Department were surveyed. Only 128 students’ feedback was received. The collected data were analyzed using Excel and SPSS software. Standard Deviation (SD), ANOVA test, Residuals Statistics, and Regression Correlations tests were used to validate the Average Mean Score (AMS). Based on the study results, students are not completely satisfied with the faculty and staff at the university. In addition to specific platforms to use, grading systems, assessment options, training workshops, and online technical support, they also agreed on other details. Participants also reported high satisfaction with Moodle as the most effective platform for delivering lectures, followed by Google Meet/ Classroom. The COVID-19 situation was handled appropriately within this study context regarding students' online learning experiences. Further research should be done on integrated courses for online learning and teaching and professional development workshops. Student Satisfaction toward Quality of Online Learning in Indonesian Higher Education During the Covid-19 Pandemic

This study aims to measure the level of student satisfaction with online learning services in higher education. The research method used is a survey, it is to meet the data needs on a large scale. The study population was students of higher education at the undergraduate level from 26 universities. Samples were taken randomly with due observance of campus representatives from all regions of Indonesia (N = 224). The data collection tool used an online learning satisfaction questionnaire that was developed and validated. The questionnaire contains 19 statements. The data analysis used was descriptive statistical analysis techniques. The results of data processing showed a very satisfying level of 19%, 41% satisfied, 30% dissatisfied, and 10% very dissatisfied. Several factors causing dissatisfaction include limited internet access, and low lecturer's attachment and guidance. The findings are expected to be input to higher education leaders and lecturers in order to improve the quality of online learning services according to the needs of students.

Exploring the influential factors of university students' satisfaction with online learning during the COVID-19 pandemic in malaysia: A cross-sectional study

The COVID-19 pandemic has accelerated the global adoption of online learning, highlighting the importance of online education in providing educational continuity. However, factors such as poor internet connectivity and a lack of equipment have hampered the implementation of online learning in Malaysia. It is critical to address factors that influence student satisfaction in order to ensure a successful online educational process. As a result, the purpose of this study is to determine the effects of instructors, course design, technology, and environment on university students' satisfaction with online learning during the COVID-19 epidemic in Malaysia.The study's design was cross-sectional, and the research instruments were adapted from previous research. A total of 232 university students were recruited using convenience sampling, and data was collected using an online questionnaire. The findings show that course design, technology, instructors, and the environment are the best predictors of university students' satisfaction with online learning. The study adds to our understanding of the factors influencing students' satisfaction with online learning in Malaysia's education system during the COVID-19 pandemic. Students’ Satisfaction Towards Online Learning in a Public University in Malaysia During COVID-19 Pandemic

Most universities have implemented an online learning system to ensure that students, particularly those who are pursuing advanced degrees, can continue their education during the COVID-19 pandemic. Converting from traditional face-to-face classes to online mode is not a simple process. Students must adapt to the rapid changes and workload, which are mandatory for them to participate in. The purpose of this study is to investigate the factors that contribute to students' satisfaction with online learning, specifically on perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, social interaction, social presence and motivation. A quantitative study was conducted on 71 postgraduate coursework students at Universiti Malaysia Terengganu to determine the relationship between online learning satisfaction and the five variables. The findings indicated that only perceived ease of use and motivation could enhance online learning satisfaction. The study discovered that the majority of students were satisfied with online learning due to the convenience of attending such classes and their motivation to participate in those classes. Further research is recommended to focus on improving online education through reduction of stress and depression, particularly during pandemics.
