Abstract
This chapter reviews the physiological changes that occur during pregnancy and their impact on the urinary tract. Specific issues that are addressed include hydronephrosis and renal rupture during pregnancy, renal calculi, urologic cancers, urinary incontinence, and antibiotic use during pregnancy.
