Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkapkan hubungan antara tingkat religiusitas dengan motif berprestasi mahasiswa Fakultas Psikologi Universitas Islam Indonesia. Hipotesis yang diajukan dalam penelitian ini adatah 1) Hipotesis Mayor. Ada korelasi positif antara religiusitas dan motif berprestasi. 2) Hipotesis Minor: (a). Ada korelasi positif antara religiusitas dimensi ideologis dengan motif berprestasi, (b). Ada korelasi positif antara religiusitas dimensi ritualistik dengan motif berprestasi, (c). Ada koretasi positif anlara religiusitas dimensi eksperiensial dengan motif berprestasi, (d). Ada korelasi positif antara religiuSitas dimensi konsekuensial dengan motif berprestasi, (e). Ada korelasi positif antara religiusltas dimensi intelektual dengan motil berprestasi. Subjek penelitian adalah mahasiswa Fakuttas Psikologi UII angkatan 1997 sejumlah 136. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa terdapat korelasi positif antara retigiusitas pada dimensi eksperiensial, dimensi konsekuensiat, dimensi ritualistik, dan dimensi ideologis terhadap motif berprestasi. Dimensi intelektual tidak menunJukkan korelasi positif terhadap motif berprestasi.

In this study the predominance of learning styles on high-achieving students in learning activities in Pondok Bahar State Elementary School 06 2019 school year is auditory learning style. students use visual learning styles with the characteristics that emerge namely: high tone of voice when speaking, pay attention to one's lips movements when invited to speak, feel disturbed if the atmosphere of KBM is crowded, have difficulty remembering verbal explanations, always noting every teacher's explanation, being very careful in writing , and can always solve problems if you read first; as much as students use auditory learning styles with the characteristics that emerge namely tilted their heads to answer oral questions, lazy to take notes, when writing writing is not neat, can not read silently, recite what will be remembered, active in group discussions, happy to talk, lazy if asked to read, lazy if asked to do writing assignments, bored with reading that is too long.

The aim of this research is to determine the relationship between social facilitation and fear of failure with achievement motivation. The hypothesis proposed by researchers is that there is a correlation between social facilitation and fear of failure with achievement motivation. The samples included in this research are 200 high school students of tenth graders from SMAN 2 Semarang, MAN 1 Semarang, and SMA Gita Bahari. The measuring tool used consists of three scales, namely the scale of achievement motivation, social facilitation scale, fear of failure scale. Data analyzed used multiple regression and partial correlation. The results showed that there was a significant correlation between social facilitation and fear of failure with achievement motivation, R = 0,528 and F = 38,028 at p = 0,000 (p<0,01). The results of partial correlation test indicate that social facilitation was positively linked to achievement motivation while the fear of failure was negatively linked to achievement motivation.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara relasi guru dan siswa dengan motivasi siswa disekolah, Sampel penelitian sebanyak 300 siswa SMP Negeri 1 Pamekasan yang diambil secara acak dengan rumus slovin dari populasi 992 siswa. Skala pada penelitian ini menggunakan skala motivasi siswa yang disusun sendiri oleh peneliti dan skala relasi guru-siswa yang mengadaptasi dari Pianta (2001). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikan antara relasi guru dan siswa dengan motivasi berprestasi, hal ini juga berarti semakin tinggi relasi guru dan siswa maka motivasi berprestasi juga akan semakin tinggi. Maka hipotesis penelitian yang menyatakan ada hubungan antara dengan motivasi berprestasi diterima. Gambaran Motivasi Berprestasi pada Mahasiswa yang Melewati Masa Studi 4 Tahun

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap gambaran motivasi berprestasi pada mahasiswa yang telah melewati masa studi 4 tahun. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah dua orang mahasiswa Jurusan Psikologi Universitas Airlangga yang dipilih dengan teknik purposive sampling. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah studi kualitatif pendekatan studi kasus dengan proses pengambilan data menggunakan teknik wawancara serta menggunakan teknik analisis tematik dengan theory driven. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa pilihan, usaha, dan ketekunan pada mahasiswa tidak selalu berorientasi pada hal akademik namun juga dapat berorientasi pada hal-hal non-akademik. Kedua subjek pada penelitian ini memiliki pola yang sama dalam orientasi motivasi berprestasi beserta perubahannya dari masa SMA, masa kuliah 4 tahun dan masa setelah melewati waktu studi 4 tahun. Difference of Achievement Motivation Viewed from Parenting Pattern to the Students of High schools in Manggarai Regency, Flores. The objective of the research is to determine the dominant type of parenting pattern employed by parents in Manggarai with regard to educating and growing up their children. It is also aimed at examine the effect of parents-parenting pattern toward the students' achievement motivation. The researcher assumes that improper parents-parenting pattern can cause low achievement motivation to high school students in Manggarai regency. The scale of parents-parenting pattern and the scale of achievement motivation were used as the instruments. The former scale includes three models of parenting based on Baumrind, namely : authoritarian, permissive, and authoritative. The latter one follows the characteristics of achievement by Mclaelland. Both instruments were administered to 43 subjects who were selected by stratified random sampling technique at the second grade of Language program at SMU Setia Bakti Ruteng. The data were analyzed by t test for independent means with tests of between subject effects. The data were then computed by SSPS for Windows version 16.0. The results demonstrate that the r value is 0.121 at the significance of value 0.076 > 0.05. In this case, the research hypothesis was rejected which means that there is no significant difference between achievement motivation and parents-parenting patterns. This finding is not in line with the current theories of parents parenting. There were two reasons; first, most subjects do not live with their parents that makes unclear concept of parents parenting, and second, Manggaraian people do not have specific structure and pattern of parenting.

The aim of the study is to describe the correlation among the parenting patterns, learning styles, and student achievement at Sekolah Dasar Negeri Papandayan Bogor. The research applied case study model with the approach of qualitative. The procedure of data collection was done by observation, interview, and documentation. The technique of data analysis was done by data reduction, data description, and data verification. The researcher used credibility, transferability, dependability, and conformability tests to validate the data. The subject was a student who has high achievement at Sekolah Dasar Negeri Papandayan Bogor. It was conducted in the odd semester in the year of 2015/2016. The result of the study shows that the parenting pattern of the student’s parents was democratic. The subject showed the combination of learning styles: visual, audio, and kinesthetic (vak learning style), but the most dominant style was visual.
