The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of a motor vehicle tax collection system (PKB) on taxpayer compliance in the city of Bandung. This research method uses quantitative research methods. The source of this research uses primary data and secondary data. This research data collection using a questionnaire. The sample of this research is 100 PKB taxpayers in Region I Pajadjaran City of Bandung using accidental sampling. Technique Data analysis was carried out by descriptive analysis and regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive and significant effect between the implementation of the motor vehicle tax collection system (PKB) through mobile SAMSAT on taxpayer compliance in the city of Bandung, where the variable implementation of the motor vehicle tax collection system (PKB) through mobile SAMSAT services has an effect of 83.6% and the remaining 16.4% is influenced by other variables not observed in this study.

The Effectiveness Of Regional Tax Law In Increasing Regency/City Regional Tax Revenue In Java
This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of Law number 28 of 2009 concerning local taxes and regional levies in increasing district / city tax revenues in Java. The population in this study includes districts and cities in Java in addition to cities and districts in the province of the Special Capital Region of Jakarta. The number of samples consists of 84 districts and 29 cities with a three-year observation year from 2017 to 2019. The results show that local tax revenues from all new types of local taxes consist of rural and urban land and building taxes, duties on the acquisition of land rights and building, groundwater tax, and swallow's nest tax in districts and cities in Java are nominally very large on average and their contribution to local tax revenue is also very large because it is around 50 percent. Thus, it can be concluded that Law No. 28 of 2009 concerning regional taxes and regional levies is effective in increasing local tax revenues in regencies and cities in Java, thereby increasing the financial capacity of regencies and cities in Java.

The purpose of this research is to analyse the influence of the fiscal decentralization level, the form of government administration, and the regional leading sector to the level of Local Own-Source Revenue mobilisation in regencies and cities in East Java Province in the period of 2014–2018. The chosen population are regencies and cities that are registered in East Java Province in 2014–2018. Multiple Linear Regression Analysis is an analysis method that is used in this study, using the SPSS 23 software. This study finds that the fiscal decentralisation level has an influence on Local Own-Source Revenue mobilisation level, while the form of government administration and the regional leading sector have no influence on Local Own Source Revenue mobilisation level.

This research aims to evaluate the success of the Online Tax Vehicle Administration System (SAKPOLE) with the model approach DeLone and McLean. The analysis method used to test the relationship between variables is the analysis path and analysis tool Amos 22.0. In this study the population was taxpayers of vehicles throughout the province of Central Java. While sampling using purposive sampling methods as well as in collecting data with the error Slovin formula 5% data is obtained and can be processed as much as 360 samples. Based on the results of the analysis obtained the conclusion that only the quality of information and services effect positive and significant against the use of the SAKPOLE system. The quality of information and services of SAKPOLE have a positive and significant impact on the taxpayer satisfaction while the quality of the system is not. Motor Vehicle Tax Contribution to Regional Original Income in Banten Province

This study aimed to investigate the contribution of motor vehicle tax to regional original income (PAD) in Banten Province. Income is an important element in the implementation of development activities. In each region, development activities have been increasing from year to year and this is associated with large costs, which therefore encourages an increase in PAD. One of the sources of PAD is motor vehicle tax, which is one of the local tax forms regulated by Law no. 28 of 2009 concerning regional taxes and levies chapter II, part one, article 2. This law designates that regional taxes are the authority of the province and consist of 1. motorized vehicle transfer fees, 2. motorized vehicle taxes, 3. surface water tax, 4. motor vehicle fuel tax, and 5. cigarette tax. Out of these five types of regional taxes, the motor vehicle tax is the most dominant contributor to regional income each year in Banten Province.
