The study aimed to emphasize the importance of human resources and the need for strategic direction in their development in universities, as one of the main pillars of achieving excellence, and to arrange human resources development strategies in universities, Emphasizing the need for the university to use modern management methods in the development of its human resources-engineering the performance of the university and measuring the quality of the human resources performance, revealing the reality of human resources development in universities and the strategies adopted in them, and identifying strategies that can raise the level of performance of the university. There is a relationship of statistical significance at a moral level 0.05. There is a relationship of statistical significance at a moral level 0.05. Between the organizational learning strategy and the performance of human resources in the universities in question. There is a relationship of statistical significance at a moral level 0.05. Between the training strategy, organizational learning, development (organizational, management and career development) and career creativity, and that there are no statistically significant differences at the moral level 0.05, On the impact of the human resources development strategy on the performance of individuals in universities belongs to the gender variable, functional, and that there is a strong correlation with statistical significance at the moral level 0.05, Between the training strategy and the performance of human resources in universities, and that there is a strong correlation with statistical significance at a moral level 0.05, Between the organizational learning strategy and the performance of human resources in universities, and that there is a strong correlation with statistical significance at a moral level 0.05, Between the development strategy and the performance of human resources in the University, and that there is a strong correlation with statistical significance at a moral level 0.05. The study noted the need for the university to research and focus on the extent to which trainees benefit from training programs.
With increasing population and decreasing resources, Human Resource Management (HRM)/Development (HRD) is the need of time for efficient and effective use of these scarce resources with soft HRM approach. The initially human as a resource i.e. passing out students are the outcome of Higher Education and the prime responsibility to prepare these students with proper skills, capability, knowledge and intellect as per industry is of the faculty members (FM). These faculty members thus need to be equipped with the arms and ammunitions needed to develop the students. Making the faculty members capable for such reason is the job of Human Resource Department through its HRD tools and techniques like Performance Appraisal (PA), Training and Development (TD), Knowledge Management (KM) etc. This paper analyzes and assesses various models used for Human Resource Management/Development. The purpose of this analysis is to look for the relevancy of the models with HRD practices in Higher Education field especially in Chhattisgarh. The paper finds out the components from the models to be applicable in HRM/ HRD in Higher Education. Further, the paper develops a suitable conceptual HRD model applicable for Faculty Members in Higher Education Institutions (HEI) in Chhattisgarh.

The unique human resource governance role has significantly contributed to achieving the University's mission and vision. We have carried out this study to prove the role of quality human resources in achieving the University's mission. The phenomenological approach involves, among other things, a data coding system, in-depth evaluation, high integration, and concluding the principles of validity and reliability. Context of higher education from the 15 publications we reviewed and backed up by other findings in the context of the role of HR and achieving university goals in higher education studies was resulting of this study. These findings will be helpful in the development of similar studies in the future.
Sustainability of Human Resources Development in Higher Education

The study is consent to find out the right of formulation models of human resource development at higher education. The research designs used with discovery and explanation to construct the model of human resource development in the Faculty of Education Indonesia University of education. The findings of the research there was: First, human resource at faculty of education needs analysis refers to the quantity of employment as well as the quality of work, but the support of faculty in the human resource needs of the request not in accordance with the request submitted. Second; support and request for department over the needs of human resources has not been in accordance with the expected service quality based on the results of the previous needs analysis. Third; neglecting towards the results of human resource needs analysis demands the return of the mapping is going basis in order to evaluate the suitability of the job and the mapping of expertise human resources available. The implications of this research are expected to impact on the importance of the human resources set up in the Faculty of education and coaching by the University on an ongoing basis in either program planning as well as in the policy. Meanwhile, the practical impact of this research is oriented development of human resources at each work unit faculty, thus impacting on the development of the resources of the University level. The authenticity of this accountable research by researchers both in design concepts, literature used as well as the deliberations and findings of the research conducted.
Enhancement of the Quality of Human Resources Through Training and Development Programs in Schools

This study aims to analyze and understand the training and development program carried out by SMP YAMIS Jakarta in improving the quality of its human resources. This research uses a qualitative case study approach. The data collection technique is done through interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis is done through data presentation, data reduction, and concluding. The results showed that the training and development program carried out by SMP YAMIS Jakarta in improving the quality of its human resources was through the Subject Teacher Consultation (MGMP) activities which were carried out periodically by the existing schedule, involving teachers in seminars on learning methods that creative, innovative and fun, holding independent training in schools by inviting resource persons who are experts in the field, and programmed supervision carried out by school principals to employees regarding the achievement of planned educational goals.

this study aims to determine human resource management in improving the quality of education. The formulation of the problems in this research are: (1) how is human resource management in improving the quality of education?, (2) what are the obstacles faced in the implementation of human resource management in improving quality?, (3) what are the factors in the implementation of human resource management in improving the quality of education?, (4) how is the quality of education?. This research is a qualitative research with a qualitative descriptive approach. The data obtained were collected through observation, interview and documentation techniques. The results showed that human resource management at SD Negeri 170 Ogan Komering Ulu (OKU), both in quality improvement, implementation, supporting factors and the quality of education had been running optimally
