2022, Open Science Research II
The objective of this research was to identify the applications and to discover knowledge gaps in the context of ergonomic risk assessment methods applied on the factory floor, especially in on-demand furniture industries. A Systematic Literature Review (SLR) was performed, along with a bibliometric analysis using the SciMAT software. It has been observed that studies on the use of ergonomic risk assessment methods in on-demand furniture industries become relevant to achieve appropriate ergonomic conditions, througt the publication of 07 documents dealing in these industries, all of which indicate a concern with symptoms arising from the disorders musculoskeletal. Considering the research period and the number of documents found, a knowledge gap is observed, since few studies report the application of ergonomic risk assessment methods in the on-demand furniture industry. The results indicate than the application of ergonomic risk assessment methods can minimize the effort spent by the worker in performing of their professional activities, promoting greater productivity in the industry.
