Relationship between Parenting Pattern with Development Autism Children

The family role to child development is very necessary. Parentshave an autistic child will experience more complex problemsforming personality, behavior and their fulfillmentis needing. The approach was cross sectional. The samples were 30 parents and 30 autistic. The instrument wasused a parenting questionnaire and observation for development. The analysis used contingency coefficient correlation, p-value was 0.017, smaller than α = 0.05 (p <0.05). There was a relationship the association parenting family with development autistic. Parents provide parenting appropriatetheir children without curbing and still paying attention to the child's freedom will be good for the child. Parenting provided to children must be in accordance with the development to needtheir children. The right parenting can provide opportunities for children that they are part of the people in their environment so that children can develop optimally.

Throughout the world, many children are diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). There are many challenges parents face in raising these special children. It includes the educational, financial, social and mental aspects of the parents themselves. Even parents with autism children are said to suffer more stress than parents with normal children or other disabilities. This article is intended to gain a better understanding of the major challenges parents face in autism children. Based on the reading and observation, parents found that children with autism had their own challenges in raising their children. They need the support and concern of all parties to stay strong for their children. At the end of this article is the hope that the parental voice can be addressed. Study On Parents’ Involvement In The Autistic Children Therapy Support
The present study aims at obtaining relevant data on the impact of the Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD), on the quality of family and other environment integration of the children and young people attending the Community Services Center for Children with Disabilities in Focşani, within the framework of Vrancea General Directorate for Social Assistance and Child Protection (D.G.A.S.P.C. Vrancea). The research was carried out on a group of 22 parents who answered the questionnaire which was applied between February and March 2018, in the Community Services Center for Children with Disabilities in Focsani. The purpose of the research is to evaluate the correlation between the level of knowledge of the parents with ASD children on this diagnosis and the degree of the internal resource mobilization (motivational and family) and external (institutional: medical services, specific rehabilitation therapy services, educational institutions) in the integration of children with ASD into the family, social and school environment. The hypotheses of the study, according to which early diagnosis (between 1-3 years) of children leads to earlier access to the therapeutic intervention services and according to which parents of the children with autism are fully involved in their understanding and treatment, have been confirmed. The information obtained through the survey method, its analysis, revealed good information on the diagnosis of the child, the parents' involvement in the provision of medical and therapeutic services, the organization of the child's life programme, the child's adaptation to different forms of education. The Problems Of The FAMILIES Who Have Autistic Children: A Qualitative Research

Autism is defined as one of the neurodevelopmental disabilities which continue for life and affect social development, communication and behaviors of the individuals in a negative sense. Purpose of this study is to determine how parents with autistic children figure out the autism, what their reactions are and what the effect of the believe is to accept it, how they declare it to the people around them and how the reaction of people is, who and how they get support from and what the possible future difficulties and requirements are. The study was based on qualitative research method and interview form prepared based on the purpose by the researcher was used in the study. The study is based on case study which is a qualitative research method and uses an interview form that is prepared by the researcher according to the purpose of the study. Study group is composed of 15 mothers and 8 fathers selected by purposive sampling method among parents of children going to special education centers. Study results have been shown that, it was found that the parents first noticed the inadequacy of language development without noticing the autism. In addition, it was seen that the first reaction of the parents' children to get autism was also the intense sadness. There is another result which is that parents need to get information about an autism with the sadness they have experienced. Parents have expressed concern about the future of their children, depending on the strength of their children's selfexpression. It has been determined that the society has negative attitudes towards autistic children and that parents would like to see the society to be more moderate towards autistic children. Results have been determined, it is important to establish empirical studies that will increase the awareness of other individuals about autism while showing the needs for supporting from autistic families. Study findings have been discussed with similar study findings included in the literature.
This study was conducted in an attempt to determine the demographic characteristics of parents with children diagnosed with autism and the problems they are confronted with. It is crucial to investigate the knowledge of parents on alternative treatment methods regarding the problems they experience. The sample of the study comprised a total of 123 parents training at Tunam Private Education and Rehabilitation Center, providing education for autistic children in the central district of Bursa. In the study, mothers and fathers were interviewed and 72 parents willing to participate in the study made up the sample. The questionnaire form developed by researchers was used in the collection of data. At the end of the study, it was ascertained that parents, in most cases, have problems regarding by whom the child is to be taken care of after family members die and that they are not capable of coping with the problems in providing their children with the basic needs and with social stigmas. Also, the relationship between such variables as the age of the father, the educational status of mother-father, the age of the autistic child and the knowledge on alternative treatment methods was found statistically significant.

The aim of this study was to explore the experiences dhe perceptions of the parents of children with autism in relation to involvement in kindergarten and the impact on them. The qualitative method was used in the study. Semi-structured interview with open-ended questions was the instrument for data collection. Data collections were made possible by interviewing 21parents of children with autism in Tirana, Albania. Through data analyses it came out that: (i) Most of children with autism attended kindergartens, in most cases private ones. The reasons that children with autism did not attend public kindergartens were because their staff didn't welcome them, they were considered as problematic, the highest number of children in the group, and a lack of specialized staff. For most parents private kindergarten remain the only option; (ii) The involvement of autistic children in kindergartens had a positive impact on them. Kindergarten had many influences especially on their child's socialization, on collaboration with others, on the structuring behavior, on the child cognitive development, on reducing aggression, increase cooperation between each other and in the ability to understand the context and to learn to work with others; (iii) The problem remains the lack of specific knowledge and information on autism from kindergarten staff.

Parents' role was very important for the education of the children with autism. It is because the parents' attitude and behavior affect the achievement of the children with autism. One of the parents' role to improve the achievement of the children with autism is by giving the attention for the activities. This research aims to find "The Correlation between parents' role and achievement of children autism". The subject of the research is the children with autism at school for children with special needs in Pamekasan District. This research uses correlation research by using Spearman rank method to find if there is a correlation between variables. Questionnaire and documentation techniques which are used to collect to the data. Based on the data analysis, = 0,0179. It is smaller than rho table. The result for the significant error for 5% is 0,738 and for 1% is 0,881. Therefore, Ho is accepted and Ha is rejected. The result of the data analysis shows that the correlation between X variable and Y variable was weak. Also, there was not trusted correlation between both variables. Based on the result of the research, it can be concluded that (1) The parents of children with autism in Pamekasan in active in the children's education, be able to cooperate with school well, and pay attention to the children either at school or home, (2) the achievement of the children with autism in Pamekasan is still low. It is proven by the result of the Students' report at school for special needs children in Pamekasan, (3) parent' role and the achievements' of the children with autism at school for special needs children in Pamekasan shows that there is not trusted correlation between both of them.

When literature is examined, it is seen that generally there are descriptive studies examining the effects of young children with autism in a certain age or age range on their parents’ marital and family relationships as well as psychological conditions such as mourning, stress, anxiety, and depression. Longitudinal studies on the social experiences of parents of children with autism are scarce. Autism: impact of the diagnosis in the parents

Objective: To understand how parents react to the diagnosis of autism in their child, and the manner in which the diagnosis was revealed, as well as the method through which the researcher perceived this communication. Methods: A qualitative, narrative approach was used. Semi-structured interviews were held with 21 mothers and 9 fathers of children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) enrolled in a special needs school in Salvador, Bahia, Brazil. In another setting, a specialist university service for the diagnosis of autism located in the same city, data were collected from 11 mothers and 5 fathers receiving diagnosis using ethnographic participant observation. Analysis categories were established, and the data interpreted. Results: The categories selected were: "in search of a diagnosis", "impact of receiving the diagnosis", "patterns of diagnosis communication", and "coping strategies". Conclusion: The diagnosis of autism is often delayed due to doctors' unpreparedness. Awareness of their child's diagnosis exerts a negative emotional impact on parents, which can be softened using coping strategies and diagnosis communication that offers technical information, offers emotional support and provides hope regarding the child's development. Parents need to be cared for in order to provide for the needs of their children at the moment of diagnosis and throughout the entire process of caring for individuals with ASD.
The experience of parents with an Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD) can be devastating. Parents and families have to cope with the compound, demanding situation in their life. The presence of pervasive and severe deficits in children with ASD increases the adjusting demands of parent’s in their life situations. Those coping with life complexity with the parents of ASD nudge them into stress later into distress slowly incapacitates them that of their efficiency to deal with this situation. These parents are found with disturbances in their psychological parameters such as social, sexual, economic, and emotional. Perhaps this shatters them from their interpersonal relationship and family life. Indeed, these aspects of parental distress stand lower in position, and the focus goes with the treatment of ASD. Thus, the management of ASD by these parents to their deficit child capacitating to reach their fullest abilities remains questionable. Thus, there is a need for intervention of autistic children with a peripheral focus on psychological parameters of parents of ASD.
