The main objective of this study is to measure the practice level of Total Quality Management (TQM) and its impact on employees' performance at the organization in Saudi Arabia by selecting a local organization to assess and evaluate the following sub-objectives. i) evaluate employees' awareness of TQM principles that affects the possibility of applying TQM in the organization. ii) Critically evaluate if the organizational culture moderates the relationship between TQM and the organization's performance. iii) define obstacles seen by employees that might affect the possibility of applying TQM. To prepare research questions and hypotheses, this study used a multiphase mixed method that included both quantitative and qualitative methodologies to reach the objectives of this study.
