The purpose of this research is; to determine the effect of the work environment on employee performance at PT. This research aims to determine the effect of work motivation and work discipline on employee performance at PT. Garmindo Jaya Palace with a sample size of 70 respondents. The method used is a quantitative approach by distributing questionnaire research instruments to employees, and then processing them using a computer application, namely SPPS. This research was carried out at PT. Garmindo Jaya Palace with work motivation (X1) and work discipline (X2) variables on employee performance (Y) processed using correlation analysis, regression analysis, t-test, F test, and coefficient of determination. The results of this research use the ttest (partial) which shows the results that the work motivation variable has a partial effect on employee performance and the work discipline variable has a partial effect on employee performance. Meanwhile, the F test (simultaneous) shows that work motivation and work discipline on employee performance simultaneously or together influence employee performance at PT. Garmindo Jaya Palace.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji secara parsial pengaruh displin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada KUD Soliamitra, Limo-Depok, menguji secara parsial untuk mengetahui pengaruh Motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada KUD Soliamitra, limo-Depok,dan menguji secara simultan untuk mengetahui pengaruh disisplin kerja dan Motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada KUD Soliamitra, Limo-Depok. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisa pengaruh lingkungan kerja dan kompensasi terhadap motivasi kerja di Sekolah Widya Batam.Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survei dengan teknik kausal karena pengaruh beberapa variabel terhadap motivasi kerja. Populasi penelitian adalah guru di Sekolah Widya Batam sebesar 137 orang guru. Ukuran sampel yang di ambil adalah sebesar 102 orang guru, dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan rumus slovin. This study aims to get information about the influence of discipline, work motivation and compensation to employee performance of development Foundation dynamics Cikarang. This study using quantitative approach conducted in five levels of schools; nursery school, elementary school, junior high school, vocational school and college under Development Foundation Dynamics Cikarang. This study conducted by using the method of the survey with analysis lines in the hypothesis testing. In this study sample size of saturated is 101. research focused on three aspects; discipline, motivation and compensation in the Development Foundation Education Dynamics Cikarang. The data collected by the questionnaires and analyzed with analysis path. The results of the analysis concluded that (1) there is a direct influence positive discipline to employee performance Ckarang. (2) there is a direct influence positive motivation to employee performance Cikarang, and (3) there is a direct influence positive compensation to employee performance Cikarang.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi usaha dan lingkungan usa ha terhadap kinerja UKM Perajin Logam di Bogor. Desain penelitian menggunakan deskriptif dan verifikatif, dengan sampel sebanyak 50 UKM Perajin Logam. Metode analisis data digunakan regresi linier berganda, korelasi ganda, determinasi, dan pengujian hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh motivasi usaha terhadap kinerja UKM Perajin Logam. Hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan pengaruh positif dan signifikan se cara simultan dan parsial terhadap lingkungan usaha dan motivasi usaha terhadap kinerja UKM Perajin Logam . Dis aran kan agar pemilik usaha perlu memiliki visi dan misi yang kuat dalam mencapai tujuan, baik bagi keberhasilan usaha maupun pemilik usaha, serta mengoptimalkan penguasaan TIK untuk memasarkan produknya secara online .

The problem that is the focus of this research is the problem of work environment variables, work stress and work motivation. The population of UPTD Puskesmas Campurejo employees is 54 people. Sampling technique with saturated sampling approach. The data analysis technique used in this research is the instrument test of validity and reliability, multiple linear regression test, classical assumption test and partial hypothesis testing tested by t test while the simultaneous hypothesis is tested by F test. Overall, it can be explained that the work environment does not partially affect the performance of employees at the UPTD Puskesmas Campurejo, this can be seen from the significant value of t of 0.069 > 0.05. Work stress does not have a significant effect partially on the performance of employees at the UPTD Puskesmas Campurejo, this can be seen from the significant value of t of 0.501 > 0.05.
