Abstract

Human resources (HR) is one of thesuccess factorsin the economy, how to createquality human resources andskillsas well ashighly competitivein theglobalcompetition. The education levelof the workforceis stillrelativelylow. Educational structureof Indonesia's workforceis stilldominated byprimary educationis about63.2%.
