The study focused on evaluating factors influencing e-learning acceptance by students and lecturers at a teacher education institution in Zimbabwe. It is motivated by explanations from Davis’ (1989) Technology Acceptance Theory. The study was guided by the pragmatism research philosophy adopted for an intervention factor evaluation. Pragmatism facilitated the application of mixed methods to cater for qualitative and quantitative responses. A sequential research design of document analysis, surveys and interviews parallel to document analysis for benchmarks was applied to capture data. A stratified sample of 213 students from an education institution’s three intakes participated in the study. Model of e-Learning Acceptance and Use for Teaching Staff in Higher Education Institutions
We live in a world where we are exposed to everyday changes that information and communication technologies (ICT) give us impose. These changes are largely related to education, and so the introduction of ICT in universities as institutions of higher education, clearly changing the way it is implemented. The policy of "Goce Delcev" University (UGD) is to fully implement ICT in all segments of management, administration and teaching. For this purpose, several projects for e-learning implementation at UGD have been conducted. But, as much as important introduction is, the more important is the acceptance of new technologies in education. Therefore, we shall use a modified Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) as the research methodology. The purpose of this paper is understanding teaching staff acceptance and use e-Learning system (ELC) and investigating the influence of seven determinants (four UTAUT determinants, 2 additional determinants and one personal "self-confidence" determinant). A survey was administered to 92 respondents (teaching staff) to capture their perceptions of e-learning. The findings of this research show that among the seven UTAUT factors, the effort expectancy and facilitating conditions have the strongest effect of intention to use new technology. Also according to the survey, social influence and facilitating conditions are in strongest correlation with the behavioral intention and thereby the most influence on the behavior of participants for acceptance and use of the e – learning system.

The digitalisation of education has become an irreversible process, and Poland is no exception. As Information and Communication Technologies (ICTs) have advanced, numerous new tools have been implemented to improve the effectiveness of instruction at the university level. It has had a ripple effect throughout Saudi Arabia's educational system. One of the results of this shift is the rise of e-learning, which requires technological means for delivery. Acceptance of e-Learning platforms as a Learning Environment among Students

In this research a survey was performed among the students of Department of Computer and Systems Sciences (DSV) at Stockholm University (Sweden) and the students at the Department of Computer Science and Telecommunications (DCST) at National Research University of Electronic Technology (Russia). The research aimed at exploring the difference in acceptance rate of the e-learning platform as part of the education by the students in two different countries. Some of the findings were that the largest proportion of DCST students never previously used any e-learning software before coming to the university, while the students in both DSV and DCST prefer the traditional face-to-face communication with the teachers. It was also noted that there is a significant difference in the teachers’ proficiency in using the e-learning software as part of the educational program in University two departments, where the DCST had a much lower rate of support of online-based education compared to DSV.
Investigating the Students' Attitude Toward the use of E-Learning in Girne American University
The development of technology today has impacted many aspects of life and learning is one of those aspects. E-learning is increasingly being used in universities as a new learning technology that helps meet student-cantered learning paradigms. In addition, many universities in many countries in the world use the E-learning system but many of them still need to understand at the end the user acceptance process to this technology. This study focuses on the factors that would examine the students' attitude towards E-learning and its effectiveness in successful use. The technology acceptance model (TAM) is used in the analysis as a conceptual research framework of E-learning adoption. This paper intends to investigate factors affecting the student's attitude towards the use of the E-learning system at Girne American University (GAU) in North Cyprus. The responses of 133 students from more than 15 different departments on the online questionnaire are analyzed, and the result shows that students are interested and satisfied to use the E-learning system, in turn, the result suggests increasing the awareness of faculty members about the necessity of integrating E-learning in the educational process.

COVID-19 pandemic is a global issue that change the education system from face to face to fully online teaching and learning. These changes affected the whole education system and departments from the students, lecturers, management, and suppliers. Hence, to provide an efficient and effective online learning, an investigation on factors that affect the successful of e-learning in Malaysia is deemed to be necessary. The first objective for this study is to validate the measurement items for each variable used in this study. Second objective of this study to examine the effect of instructor, accessibility, and university support on e-learning acceptance among students. This study utilized a cross-sectional study and questionnaire is the main source of information. The population of this study is students from the Faculty of Business and Management, Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM), Melaka Branch. From the population, a complete response is 171. To answer the research objective, SPSS was utilized, and the analyses conducted including frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis (EFA), reliability analysis and regression analysis. From the exploratory factor analysis, all items used in this study was above 0.40 and it consider acceptable. Next, based on the regression analysis, all variables used in this study were found to be significant towards the e-learning acceptance. Hence, this showed that, instructors, accessibility, and university support play an important role for the successful of e-learning. It is also suggested that to get a clear picture on the successful of e-learning, future research to increase the number of respondents across the university and states in Malaysia.

In this study, for the first time, we analysed and compared adoption of e-learning by lecturers in three largest universities in Estonia and Turkey. Total number of students and academic staff in the Estonian universities is 39,259 and 3,991, respectively, and 1,194,735 and 9,076, respectively, in the Turkish universities. The extended Technology Acceptance Model (TAM2) was used to analyse results of acceptance and usage of e-learning by 923 lecturers (298 from Estonia and 625 from Turkey) or 22% from the sample subject, took part in the research from the studied universities. Total number of respondents subjected to the questionnaire distribution was 4,198 (1,423 in Estonia and 2,775 in Turkey).
