Debates y discursos en torno a las ciencias sociales escolares entre 1984 y 2010 en Colombia (original) (raw)

This article originates from the results of the Master of Education research project titled "Social sciences in the school between 1984 and 2010 in Colombia". Its purpose is to present the debates and some scholars' discourses on social sciences in the school during this period. The study is based on the fields of school subjects, social history and the critical stance of the curriculum. Methodologically, it is part of historical analyzes on education and pedagogy, conducted by the Historia de las Prácticas Pedagógicas en Colombia (GHPP) research group. We review here the production of discourse on the teaching of geography, history, and integral social sciences. Some conclusions are drawn in relation to the theoretical courses and confrontations between the intelligentsia and the documents issued by Colombia's Ministry of Education.
