Contemporary firms are facing, nowadays, challenges related to globalisation, as well as major demographic and social changes. In this context, the sustainability of the company depends largely on its human capital. The concern for the reinforcement of competent employee's loyalty takes on all its importance and continues to be a concern for today's organisation, especially since they now constitute a source of competitive advantage. Since the employee is the one who constitute an added value for the organisation, by developing his skills, the latter expects to be treated fairly with other members of the organisation. Specifically, the following research question is addressed: To what extent does employee's perception of organisational justice affect their commitment to the organisation?
