Narečje z ljudsko glasbo in plesnim izročilom Dekanov
Jezikoslovni zapiski (Tiskana izd.), 2021
V okviru krajevnega praznika so predstavili znanstveno monografijo Narečje ter ljudsko glasbeno in plesno izročilo v Dekanih z okolico nekoč in danes z gradivom, zbranim leta 1949 in dopolnjenim v letih 2016-2020. K uvodni besedi so povabili tudi oba recenzenta knjige-dr. Svanibora Pettana in dr. Suzana Todorović, ena najprodornejših dialektologinj mlajše generacije in sistematična raziskovalka istrskih narečij, in Marino Kranjac, primorski glasbenik, eden od pionirjev preporoda in popularizacije istrske ljudske glasbe.

Prevladovale so gibalne aktivnosti zmerne intenzivnosti.
Learning ballroom dancing through creative movement
2014
Dancing is a body language and one of the most ancient arts. In time it evolved into various forms, ballroom dancing among others, part of which are also International Standard and International Latin dances. Ballroom dancing primarily strives for professionalism and precision in the process of learning, and does not include much freedom in expressing through movement and basic instincts. This thesis demonstrates an interim teaching model for ballroom dancing, which includes both the professional and the pedagogic teaching model for this form of dancing. The theoretical part of the thesis shows the basic instincts of the art of dancing, which offers a lot of satisfaction and creativity besides the physical activity, considering that the dance contents are explained properly. Furthermore, it is explained how important it is to develop creativity in early childhood, how important the relaxation is, and the emphasis is put on teacher's role in the process. In the context of creative dancing workshops the object of research was the interim teaching model for ballroom dancing. The method of creative movement was included into the model mentioned and the result was the basic steps of samba and the Viennese waltz. This method offers the children a lot of expression in movement, which made them extremely happy when creating. Obvious progress was seen in children's motoric functions, emotional and social virtues. Because of their positive disposition, joy and progress in expressing through movement, during the process of this project my view of this teaching model was changing as well. Introspection and evaluations of individual classes brought me as a dance teacher to new revelations and joy when teaching.
Uporaba ustvarjalnih pristopov šolskih svetovalnih delavcev pri delu z učno težavnimi učenci
2019
Didactic games in teaching motion in the 1st and 4th grade of primary school
2015
The courses of Environmental Sciences and Natural Sciences and Technology include contents which enable students to learn about the world in which they live. The teacher's task is to encourage the pupils’ curiosity through direct experience, so that they may deepen and expand their already formed concepts and ideas about the world that surrounds them. The teacher must make sure that the lessons are varied, which can be achieved by combining a number of different teaching methods. In most cases however, a single method is still prevalent. Many studies have confirmed the positive effects of the method of didactic games. The method enables pupils to activate multiple sensory processes during lessons, due to having an active role in activities, which makes learning more memorable and consequently the knowledge acquired more durable. The topic of motion is first addressed in the pre-school, as the pre-school curriculum suggests that the child discovers different types of motion, gets...

50 Years of Mladinsko Theatre, 1997
The name Balbina Battelino Baranovič is incorporated into the very beginnings of the Slovene professional theatre after the Second World War. Born in Vienna, she studied stage arts and journalism there during the war, then later enrolled at the Academy of Dramatic Arts (now AGRFT) in Ljubljana immediately after it was established and graduated from its Directing Department. In the period after 1950, as artistic director, she helped to turn the Prešeren Theatre in Kranj into a professional theatre. After 1955, she launched the founding of the first professional theatre for young people, the Mladinsko Theatre. She not only directed performances between 1955 and 1963 but she simultaneously set up its organizational, conceptual and programme foundations. Through these activities, she actually laid the groundwork of the Mladinsko Theatre’s future development as a live theatre with an unconventional repertoire, a challenging and, above all, experimental theatre for young people “from 7 to 70 years of age”.
