The cooling machine today is not a luxury machine. Indonesian people use a cooling machine in the form of a refrigerator to keep their food ingredients so that they are preserved. The cooling machine is known as the refrigeration system, which means a system that functions to regulate the temperature of each substance so that the substance has a lower temperature than its surroundings. In this study, the aim of this research is to determine the effect of cooling engine performance when using distance variations in the fin condenser and standard fin condenser by using a double evaporator in a parallel circuit of liquefied petroleum gas refrigerant. In this study using a variation of 5 mm condenser fin 1 mm diameter, 5 mm diameter 2 mm condenser fin, standard condenser fin, 10 mm diameter 1 mm condenser fin, 10 mm diameter 2 mm condenser fin, and double evaporator in parallel circuit. From the test results, it was found that the best COP value was found in the variation of the fin distance of 5 mm in diameter of 2 mm with an average value of 11.77 while the standard fin with an average value of 7.48. The greater the COP value, the better the performance of the cooling machine because the value of the impact of refrigeration increases and the working value of the compression decreases which results in a lighter flow of the refrigerant cycle to the system.
