Balaghah pays attention to the meaning contained in the arrangement of the Arabic language, so that the meaning contained in the expression is revealed correctly. This proves that the science of Arabic language learned by a person is not limited to nahwu and sharaf only. But it is necessary to study balaghah at an advanced level in Arabic language. This paper presents the object of study of balaghah, the division of balaghah, and the correlation between balaghah and uslub itself. The Library Research is using references from various sources such as books and scientific articles. The data collection technique is to review the book and Journal. The data obtained were then processed with descriptive analytical techniques. Argumentation's Law ( from linguistics to pragmatics) : The ventured from the principal that no communication without interaction and no interaction without argumentation made us study the argumentation in subjects did not operate by the Arab Studies frequently, including the argumentation's law which is undergoing by one of its founders who is ( Chaim Perlman), which exceeded Rhetoric Aristotelian to tweak in his project for new Rhetoric which made her the subject of law, to be the title of the justice of the judge and the approval of the litigant.

Religious seminaries in Pakistan play a vital role in the promotion of Arabic Language, its dissemination and molding of the religious ethos. Being important centers for the proliferation of the Arabic Language these seminaries have specific Curriculum and methodology for the teachings of Arabic language and Literature. The aim of this research paper is to investigate the approved Curriculum of Wifaq-ul-Madaris board for the teachings of Arabic Rhetoric, and to examine the teaching methods adopted by this board for the teachings of this approved Curriculum. It is found that Curriculum of Arabic Rhetoric and its teaching methods in the mainstream Wifaq-ul-Madaris are not meeting the requirements of the modern era. Keeping in view the importance of Arabic Rhetoric and its teaching methods, the present study undertakes the solid and fragile features of both Curriculum and its teaching Methods and recommends suggestions to improve the existent curriculum and teaching methodologies of Arabic Rhetoric in Wifaq-ul-Madaris.
