Health is essential to achieve great success in education and future life. Active participation in physical education activity is extremely helpful to achieve good health and physical fitness among school boys. But at present the students became more engaged in computers and smart phone than outdoor activities. Many of the school children are engaged more in e-games. Present study was designed to put spotlight on the health and physical fitness issues among the school going children of two different categories. A total of 51 school going boys of mean age 13.56 years were selected randomly. The subjects were divided into G1 (field game group) and G2 (e-game group). Computer and Outdoor Games: Effects on High School Students' Physical Fitness

The world is increasingly undergoing technological conversion and is apparently visible in the emerging trends and technological advancements that alter the traditional ways in which people used to live. Inventions and the development of information and communications technologies and media created significant acceptance and impact on people and societies. For years, computers have become a feature of everyday life in different countries. The proliferation of and application of technology such as online computer games have directly and indirectly influenced the youth, particularly the personality of high school students. So is the demand to continuously identify and be familiar to appropriately respond to whatever scenario that would ascertain wholesome experiences and personality. This study dealt with the effects of computer and outdoor games on high school students' physical fitness at Libon Agro-Industrial High School. It started identifying the profile referring to age, sex, access to a computer, computer games played, hours/week the students played computer games, outdoor games played, and hours the students played outdoor games; the computer and outdoor games, effects on students' physical fitness, and strategies to address the negative effects of which on the physical fitness of the respondents. Data and information were obtained through the descriptive method using a questionnaire checklist, interview, and documentary analysis upon the approval of the Department of Education. Research findings show that computer and outdoor games are both educational, and interactive, and develop motivational engagement. This research proposed an action plan meant to minimize the negative effects of computer and outdoor games and provides significant insights into the crafting of the school improvement plan (SIP).
Examining the Attitudes of High School Students Regarding Playing Games with Physical Activity

This is a descriptive research study conducted to examine the attitudes of the high school students towards games. The universe of the study is composed of the high school students in the public schools under the Gaziantep Provincial Directorate for National Education. In total, 493 high school students (295 male, 198 female) participated in the sample group. In order to obtain the data for the research, Gaming Scale was used, which was developed by Hazar (2015). In the analysis of the data, Independent Sample Test, and One Way Anova Analysis were used. As the conclusion, it was determined that the male students have higher attitudes towards playing games with physical activities; risk taking attitude increases and social adaptation attitude decreases as the age and the class levels increase; first grade high school students have higher passion for game regarding the grade level; passion for game is generally high in all of the students; however, the ones with a sportive background have higher risk taking, social adaptation, desire for game, and pleasure attitudes; and Anatolian and Science high school students have higher social adaptation points compared to Vocational high school students.
The use of outdoor games and their effects on the body of schoolchildren

Research purpose-to ground and define the role of outdoor games in physical education of children of midchildhood. 20 children of midchildhood, which were up-diffused on two identical groups (control and basic) on age and to physical development for 10 schoolchildren are involved in research. It is set that for the children of basic group the reaction of the respiratory system became better on the physical loading (on results the leadthrough of test of Serkin), the considerable improvement of function of breathing organs took a place. Set necessity of perfection of process of physical education of children. The measures of strengthening of interest are recommended to the lessons of physical culture for children, distributing and selection of games on the years of teaching. It is recommended in the process of teaching expressly to adhere to the following method of education of physical capabilities: complexity, regularity and sequence; duration of implementation of games and volume of loading; intervals of rest and their character.

Permasalahan saat ini adalah anak malas bergerak/sedentari diakibatkan karena perkembangan teknologi dan dampak langsungnya adalah menurunnya kemampuan, keterlambatan perkembangan dan pertumbuhan anak. Salah satu aktifitas fisik yang dianjurkan adalah dengan permainan tradisional egrang. Tujuan dari penelitian ini mengetahui pengaruh permainan tradisional egrang terhadap peningkatan aktifitas fisik anak usia 10-12 tahun. Penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif deskriptif dengan populasi responden berjumlah 40 anak, usia 10-12 tahun, berjenis kelamin laki-laki. Parameter yang diukur adalah; kekuatan, keseimbangan, koordinasi, daya tahan, dan kelincahan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan terjadi peningkatan aktifitas fisik yang signifikan untuk koordinasi, sedangkan kekuatan, daya tahan, dan keseimbangan tidak begitu signifikan dan kelincahan justru terjadi penurunan. Dapat disimpulkan permainan egrang dapat meningkatkan koordinasi anak.
The Empirical Change of Playing Habits among Children

To maximize the growth and manage psychological distress as well as the formation of good character, children need to develop a variety of skills such as cognitive, language, self-regulation, and social-emotional skills which often appended in different outdoor traditional games. Thus, the degree of playing traditional games by the children nowadays compared with the previous generation is discussed in this study. 38 parents regardless of their status and gender were surveyed on their active participation in the traditional games as children, as well as their children's play involvement today who are 1-12 years old. Data were collected through the created Google form link and sent via Messenger and email blasts to parents. Findings reveal that (1) significant number of children nowadays tend to play video games instead of playing traditional games; (2) safety is the utmost concern of the parents which hinder children to play some of the traditional outdoor games; and (3) the availability of mobile phones with uploaded game apps has contributed to the ignorance of traditional game playing culture.
ATTITUDES OF SECONDARY SCHOOL STUDENTS INCLUDING PHYSICAL ACTIVITY INVOLVING PLAYING GAMES
This article is a descriptive study aimed to determine the attitudes of secondary school students to play games that involve physical activity. Study's universe is defined as middle school students, studying in the school official connected to the Gaziantep Provincial Directorate of Education. In the study's sample group, students boys, 414 girls) were in secondary school. In obtaining research data, playfulness scale it was used developed by the Hazar (2015). Independent samples t test, One Way ANOVA and Pearson correlation analysis it was used in the analysis of data. As a result, including physical activity was higher in male students' attitudes towards playing the game, but not seen in terms of gender differences in the level of social adaptation, generally in our study, level of social adaptation of middle school students it was found to be low. In the age variable, male students increased their scores were in the age increases Playfulness scale, girl students in the passion for the game and desire to play in attitudes was seen increases with age, the risk-taking in size between the groups were not significantly different.

Nowadays our society lives in a technological era that has led to a "technological sedentariness" resulting in a sedentary lifestyle in children that must be tackled by means of physical activity. This research study aims to analyse the link between physical activity and the use of video games. This is a descriptive, cross-sectional and relational research project. A sample made up of 142 students aged between 10 and 12 completed a self-made questionnaire which measured both their physical activity level and their CERV (Video Game Related Experiences Questionnaire). The results obtained through research show that most students do not have any problems concerning video games, and that the use of these can also help in the prevention of sedentary habits. These results have been indicated in the discussion section, contributing to the motivation of students' in relation to Physical Education, their compromise with the physical practice and the promotion of a long-lasting healthy lifestyle. As a conclusion, the need for using tools such as active video games in order to favour healthy lifestyles and also to prevent sedentary habits is demonstrated.
The purpose of this study is to examine the viewpoints of parents on their 4-5-year-old children who were playing active games. The parents had expressed that active games have positive influences on the cognitive development of children. Also, it has a significant influence on the decision-making process and focusing in general. Majority of the parents stated that active games have positive influences on the emotional development of their children in general terms. They expressed this with the term " being happy " and " being able to express oneself ". The parents, who thought that active games have negative influences on the emotional development of their children, expressed this as " being angry ". On the other hand, the parents also thought that active games contribute greatly to the psychomotor development of their children. Thus, they expressed this as " positive influences on physical development of their children ". As the last item, the parents considered active games to have positive contributions to the social development of their children. They, however, expressed this thought with expressions like " being social, establishing communications, learning sharing, etc. ". In conclusion, it has been observed that the viewpoints of the parents on active games were generally positive in terms of cognitive, emotional, and social and psychomotor development areas.
