Abstract
Perovskite may be regarded as the solar industry's backbone due to their outstanding digital, electrical, optical, and mechanical properties. The introduction of novel mixed Methylammonium Tin Triiodide (MASnI3) perovskites resulted in an improvement in solar spectrum absorption elongation over lead-halide perovskites, extending the absorption onset down to near- IR.As Tin based organohalide perovskitescanimprove lead-based materials, we apply tin compounds for construction of proposed perovskite. For different models, the absorber’s layer thickness and defect density were varied in different ranges.Thesehave been compared in this paper. After examining numerous arrangements of solar cells, it is observed that TCO/PCBM/MASnI3/CuSbS2shows betterperformance, with a short-circuit current density (Jsc) of 35.268 mA/cm2, Power Conversion Efficiency (PCE) of 37.61%, open circuit voltage (Voc) of 1.1897Volts and Fill Factor(FF) of 89.63%.The solar cell models TCO/TiO2/MASnI3/Spiro-MeOTADandTCO/ZnO/MASnI3/NiO each has a PCE of 32.55%.Thermal stability value indicatesthat device is stable at 300 k.
