The article deals with connecting theory with practice in the school environment. Schools are able to create, to a certain extent, an environment that resembles the real working environment in companies within the subject. It could be, for example, a vocational subject that is focused on the field of production and business. That subject can work if we establish quality conditions that are important for running the business. Ensuring suitable work equipment, technique, and technology, educated staff and suitable working conditions is essential. Certain factors influence each work environment, job position and function. They should also be part of the summary of topics for this subject. The article describes the essence of the accurate functioning of the class aimed at linking theory with production and business activities. The primary technical and economic knowledge of pupils is essential as well. That knowledge is the basis for the creation of realistic goals and their realisation within the exercise of entrepreneurial activity.

Today universities are important actors of the innovation process as entrepreneur and, at the same time, they have a big contribution in the development of the entrepreneurship behavior. Students' entrepreneurial skills formation in the changing world

Managerial practice in today's global world offers a number of concepts in the typology of a manager's personality. The personality of the manager is applied in the daily practical actions of the manager with the necessary degree of validity. Start-up intention among students is related to the vision of entrepreneurship as a career alternative. Understands the classification and content of managerial skills, including the fulfilment of managerial roles, learns the principles of coaching, practices the basic tools used in the management of managers, formulates a work team, and effectively manages it. They will get acquainted with selected methods of HRM in the company as Brainstorming and Leadership. The purpose of educating successful managers is to apply the principles of managerial skills implemented in business practice. It is based on the assumption that the result can be caused by one factor, but also by a combination of several conditions. The qualitative comparative analysis (QCA) is used to find out more detailed contexts of fulfilling a specific indicator. The QCA of the demands of the labour market on entrepreneurial skills and its presence in curriculums in Ukrainian universities was done to find out the correspondence and ways for improvement in the challenging world.

Purpose of the study: The aim of this research is to show the importance of entrepreneurship culture in education and orientation institutions towards the mentality of entrepreneurship. Methodology: The research followed the analytical method in the analysis of some theoretical frameworks that talked about the mentality and the culture of entrepreneurship in education because of its value in the mentality of innovative composition and contribute to the development of their societies and become entrepreneurs in the future. The teaching of entrepreneurship content through project-based learning has become an important method that allows students to develop some essential skills and competencies for professional management training, such as: teamwork, proactivity, planning, leading, solving problems and conflicts, among others. This Entrepreneurial History project was applied within the Administration course located within a technology park that brings together universities, industries, startups, businesses and housing. This study aimed to propose to students the learning of the Entrepreneurship content through a learning path that would allow them to understand that from the stories of other entrepreneurs it is possible to better understand the reality of the Brazilian entrepreneur. For this, the methodology used in this work was a descriptive and exploratory study. As for the technical procedures, this research is identified as bibliographical. As a result, it was observed that the students were impacted by the real and different stories reported by local entrepreneurs. It was concluded that contact with entrepreneurship in practice made it possible to realize that creative and innovative transformation can be learned, practiced and developed for the benefit of individual human beings and society as a whole.

This research presents a practice worked in a higher technology course in commercial management at a public college located in the State of São Paulo. The objective was to stimulate the exercise of entrepreneurship through the perception in relation to the possibilities of action. The practice allowed theories addressed in the content of the advertising and advertising discipline to be applied to solve problems, allowing the development of important perceptions such as the ability to simulate the structure and processes of an advertising agency and the construction of a model of business that delimited the market of action, persona adherent, monetization, teamwork, leadership and, mainly, to generate entrepreneurship, making the students, in a practical way, perceive their profession in a real way. Using bibliographical and documentary exploratory research and a case study, the activity was built thinking about solving problems and providing motivating activities, and thus, stimulating the development of transversal skills in students. Recognized by the students, the result was the realization of an experience within the professional context in which they will work based on a dynamic, multitasking and interactive behavior, behavior that currently defines the profile of the management student.

The aim of the article is to present the basic competencies of entrepreneurs in the contemporary market economy and to compare them with the knowledge, skills and attitudes of potential entrepreneurs, i.e. students of technical universities. The research tool used was an original questionnaire. The obtained results were subjected to statistical analysis. The declared intention to run one’s own business was compared to the declared ability to write a business plan. The results of the research presented in the article were compared with the author’s previous study into shaping entrepreneurial attitudes among students. It should be noted that, in engineering faculties, competence in entrepreneurship, management and economics is sometimes considered unnecessary. It seems, however, that the relevant knowledge gained in high school is insufficient.
