Development of learning instructionsis one of the abilities that must be possessed by teachers in each education unit in order to develop students\' abilities in carrying out research-based learning. One of the tools that can support this goal is a learning instructions based on a research based learning model with a scientific approach. The purpose of this study is to develop physics learning instructions for senior high school by using a research based learning model with a scientific approach with valid, practical, and effective criteria. The type of research used was research and development. The development model used is the ADDIE model which consists of the analysis phase, design, development, implementation and evaluation. At the analysis stage, analysis of needs, material and analysis of students were carried out. At the design stage, preparation of research instruments and draft learning instructions in the form of lesson plans, handouts, worksheets, and assessments were conducted. At the development stage a prototype learning instructions was produced. At the test, evaluation, and revision stages, the research data were tested for validity, practicality, and effectiveness. The research shows that the senior high school physics Learning instructions using the research based learning model using the scientific approach on the wave characteristics of the material is very valid, very practical, and very effective so that it is feasible to be applied in the learning process.

The objectives of this research are: (1) to produce Physics learning model and instrument at Senior secondary School with the POE 2 WElearning model; (2) to examine the feasibility of the Physics learning model and instrument at Senior secondary School with the POE 2 WE learning model; and (3) to study the effectiveness of the POE 2 WE learning model at Senior Secondary School. This research used the research and development (R&D) method so as to produce a certain learning model and to examine its effectiveness. It also used the procedural development model, adapting the development model of 4-D (four D model). According to Trianto (2011:93), the development research included four phases, namely: defining, designing, developing, and disseminating. The results of the research are as follows:1) The development of Physics learning model at Senior Secondary School with the POE2WE learning model is done by using the development model of R2D2, which is applied through four focused phases, namely: (1) defining, (2) designing, (3) developing, (4) disseminating. 2) The result of the examination on the learning model and the components of the learning instrument product by the experts shows that it is feasible to be used with the following reasons: (a) the expert of subject matter assesses that the learning material and student work sheet are feasible to used or applied in the Physics learning in Grade X Semester I of Senior Secondary School; (b) the physics teachers asses that the learning material and student work sheet are feasible to be used; and (c) the subjects of the research exposed to the experiment assess that the components of the learning material are very good and interesting to be learned. 3) Quantitatively, there is a significant difference in the result of Physics learning with the use of the Physics learning model of the students in Grade X, Semester I of Senior Secondary Schools in Ciamis regency as indicated by the result of t test of p< 0, 0000.The response of the students to the learning process is regarded positive as shown by the variation of their attitudes. 63.34% of the students have a very positive attitude, and the rest 36.67% have a positive attitude. The response of the students to the Physics learning material is also positive. 50.83% of them have a very positive attitude, and the rest 49.17% have a positive attitude. In addition, the response of the students to their teachers is also positive. 72.50% of them have a positive attitude, and the rest 27.50% have a positive attitude.
New Pattern to Improving Student Physics Learning Outcomes

The low student learning outcomes in Physics can be observed by the decreasing average student learning outcomes in the last 3 years at SMA 1 Suger. Lack of precise strategy selection is a major factor in influencing student learning outcomes in Physics. In addition to learning strategy factors, students' initial abilities can be considered by teachers in choosing learning strategies to improve student learning outcomes. This research aims to develop a valid, practical and effective basic physics practicum guide 2 used for students of the Physics Education Study Program of the Muslim University of Maros. This research employs a 4-D development model research with 4 stages, namely: Define Phase (Define), Planning Stage (Design), Development Stage (Develop), Dissemination Stage (Disseminate). The practicum guide was tested to 10 students of Physics Education in the even semester, the Academic Year of 2019/2020. The research instruments include validation sheets, observation sheets, and practicum assessment documentation. The results showed that the basic physics practicum guide 2 that was developed had met the valid criteria with a validity value of 0.93. Besides, the practices with the implementation of the device was mostly in category 3 and was found effective as 83% of the students reached scores above 70.

Physics lab textbook are guides that can help students in physics practice. According to the 2013 curriculum, physics learning requires students to develop 21st century skills, namely Learning and Innovation Skills. One of the learning models in accordance with the demands of this curriculum is Project Based Learning. Through this learning model, students can develop their skills in critical thinking, creative, collaboration and able to communicate to design experiments to produce products in physics practice. ABSTRACT The study aim to determine the Effects of Instructional materials on Teaching and Learning of Physics Among Secondary Schools Students at SS II level (A Case Study of Potiskum Local Government Area). To guide the study, to research questions were formulated. Survey research design was adopted for the study. The total population in the study area is 17117 and a sample of one hundred (100) SS II Physics Students from senior secondary schools in Potiskum Local Government Area were randomly selected using random sampling techniques participated in the study. Data were collected for the study through the administration of structured questionnaire. The data obtained were analyzed using mean deviation and standard deviation for each of the questionnaire. The findings of the study established the fact that effective use of instructional materials in teaching and learning of physics at SS II level has positive influence on the academic achievement of students in Physics. The summary and recommendations have been made.

The study examined the effectiveness of developed instructional module on the enhancement of learners’ academic achievements specifically this current situation of COVID-19 pandemic under distance learning delivery modalities. Learning physics should be able to guide the students to identify and apply the principles they learned. The fact found in the field reveals that learning physics isn't optimal and students ' comprehension of learning is still weak. This has an effect on competency achievement that is not related to the demands of the 2013 curriculum. The learning resources available are not suitable for generating effective learning. This study is pre-experimental research with One-Shot Case Study Design that aims to describe learning physics and to know the average of physics learning achievement after taught by using simulation-based media that achieved 75% of an ideal score. The subject in this study was class XI IPA 6 SMAN 1 Bontonompo academic year 2015/2016 consist of 31 students. Descriptive analysis result was obtained the average of physics learning achievement at in very good category and percentage of highest score at the knowledge level analysis (C4) and lowest score at analysis level comprehension (C2). Result of hypothesis test was obtained the average of physics learning achievement after taught by using simulation-based media can reach over 75% of the ideal score 38,25.
Development physics learning media using Sparkol Videoscribe on works and energy materials

The limitation of learning media used by teachers in schools is one of the problems that became the background of this research. This has an impact on the low interest in learning physics and the low grades of students. The aims of the study was developing a learning media using sparkol videoscribe that is valid and practical, and is able to increase the interest and value of students in learning physics, especially work and energy materials. Research Development with 4-D model is the type of research that researchers use. The stages of this research are Define, Design, Development and Dissemination. However, due to time constraints, the Dissemination stage was not carried out. Learning Media using sparkol videoscribe in physics learning is designed as attractive as possible which consists of introduction, apperception, material, sample questions and discussions, conclusions, and practicum. Based on data analysis, the percentage of sparkol vidoscribe media validation results obtained through expert assessment is 89,97 % in the very valid category. The percentage of practicality based on the teacher's and student's response questionnaires, respectively, the values obtained were 92.5% and 93% in the highly practical category. So it can be concluded that the development of physics learning media using sparkol videoscribe on work and energy materials is very valid and highly practical for use in learning.
