Though it makes the life so speedy and fast, but hurled under the eclipse of threat from the deadliest type of criminality termed as 'Cyber crime'without computers, entire businesses and government operations would almost cease to function. This proliferation of cheap, powerful, user-friendly computers has enabled more and more people to use them and, more importantly, rely on them as part of their normal way of life. As businesses, government agencies, and individuals continue to rely on them more and more, so do the criminals Restriction of cyber crimes is dependent on proper analysis of their behavior and understanding of their impacts over various levels of society. Therefore, in the current manuscript a systematic understanding of cyber crimes and their impacts over various area like Socio-eco-political, consumer trust, teenager etc.with the future trends of cyber crimes are explained.
Practical applications of information systems And Combating cybercrime
Scientists, researchers, and experts in the field of "security" agree that "the police" in all countries of the modern world face enormous limitations since the 1990s, imposed by the requirements of the transition to the third millennium and the implications of a new world order. The researchers (Dalin & Rust) pointed out that "the world is witnessing ten revolutions that occur simultaneously." The data of the Fourth Industrial Revolution ( 2 ), which is the product of three revolutions combined, is reduced to the concept of "the revolution of information technology and communication systems"( 3 ), which has become one of the most In the early 21st century, accompanied by the spread of the concept of "informational crime" as one of the threats of "security" in the comprehensive sense penetrated the effects of this revolution in all forms of human life. Thamer Kamel Mohammed, Information Technology and the National State, Ash'al Al-Awsat Magazine, p 100, Center for Strategic Studies, Research and Documentation, Beirut, 2000, p. 36, Simon Bains, Electronic News: Past Present and Future. Cybercrime is Very Dangerous Form of Criminal Behavior and Cybersecurity
Computer crime is a form of criminal behavior in which the use of computer technology and information systems is manifested as a mode of crime or the computer is used as a means or purpose of perpetration with which is producing some relevant criminal consequence. Computer crime is also an unlawful violation of property in which computer data is intentionally altered (manipulated by a computer), destroyed (computer sabotaged) or used in conjunction with hardware (theft of time). Objective of this paper is consideration of using new computer technology in everyday life. Unfortunately, some users using new technology for criminal acts. For Analysis, author use official resources from books, scientific papers and online resources. Even though it is a new technology, police and justice successfully deal with different types of computercrimes. New times bring new crimes. Humanity today is experiencing a time that is obsolete tomorrow in the technological-scientific sense. Revolutionary information achievements and at the same time their imaginative misuse pervade almost every sphere of human life and work. It is common knowledge that all developed countries in the world are primarily concerned with knowledge and capital, and only afterwards, labor, capital and other physically tangible benefits are the primary factors of their development and well-being. We are today witnessing a historical turning point that transformed the globalization division of the world into rich and poor into the same globalization division of those who possess knowledge and information and those who do not possess that knowledge or information without completely losing geographical position of state. People have become aware of the fact that information alone is a prerequisite for the dissemination of knowledge, and that knowledge is a major factor, that is, a prerequisite for any further development and prosperity of every developed society or state. The visible interest of all or even more developed countries in investing in "acquiring" and updating their IT staff should not be surprising. It is also not surprising that a large number of studies and specialized schools have been opened with a view to achieving IT literacy, and its standardization and even development within the borders of individual geographical regions, whether it is only in the territory of a particular country or in an area covering more than one country (such as European Union). It is important to note that investments in this direction are not small. The funds invested are very profitable, especially in the area of IT innovations that bring about changes in communication and social information, which is reflected in new knowledge and products that are being marketed on the world market every day. Among these economic and social abuses, abuse from the domain covered by cybercrime is the most prevalent today. The hidden privacy of the perpetrators, who can easily reach the outermost places with the help of phones and PCs, and entry into the computer systems of economic and governmental organizations and institutions for the purpose of harm or obtaining benefits are the greatest obstacle to all bodies and organizations concerned with preventing this new types of crime whose development can be compared with the development of information technology. In this
Scientifically, nations of the world are benefiting and will continue to appropriate the opportunities that computer cum Internet revolution offer; since this had occasioned the flatness in access to both information and products that seemed hitherto impossible. However, despite the advantages attributable to technological breakthroughs in the field of science, the global community is yet to recover from the manifest functions closely knitted with major unfolding scenario and part of which is located in e-crime and other deviant behaviors affecting e-relationship. Consequently, this paper attempts the evaluation of the negative impact of the Internet technology from the context of crime mostly emanating from the young people. It also establishes a linkage between scientific and crimogenic breakthroughs in the global community and finally presents an advocacy for a more safe science that is capable of minimizing and monitoring the effect of its uses.

The social, political, and economic dimensions of human life are facilitated by a digital age that has encompassed the whole world. Universally, there has been a rapid rise in the use of computers and electronic gadgets. These developments have led to significant growth in criminality, especially in cyberspace. Cybercrimes have grown progressively with perpetrators developing newer and sophisticated techniques every day. Despite the measures taken by the international community to combat the vice and mitigate its effects, cybercrimes have continued to rise alarmingly across the world. According to Cyber Security Breaches Survey of 2018, 40% of businesses worldwide have been a victim of cybercrime. The research projects that up to six trillion dollars per year could be lost in the hands of cybercriminals. This study examines the various forms of cybercrimes worldwide and why there is a rapid increase in such activities. The study also recommends various measures and recommendations to curtail cybercrime incidents. They include the introduction of a concrete legal framework, establishment, and strengthening of cybercrime law enforcement organizations complete with high technology monitoring devices and modern infrastructure.
We are living in a fast forward and technologically growing society. Everyday new foundations are created in order to make our lives easier, more comfortable and productive. One of these creations is the 'interconnected form of electronic communication known variously as the Net, the Internet, the World Wide Web or the Cyberspace' (Graham 1999, pg 1) which has entered our daily life. Cyberspace is a major source of easy and fast information which makes peoples' lives better in a way, however, on the other hand it has create a huge chaos in the society because it is an 'aspect of our public and private lives that raises important concerns about security, trust and control' (Jewkes 2006, pg 107). It offers communication but at the same time anyone can be robbed. The same time that the Internet helps us, it can destroy the life of someone else. The changes that the Internet can produce to us, such as facilitate, promote and assist in better quality of life and swiftly meet the needs created by modern society, new technologies and the Internet easier and created ideal conditions for growing and developing a new form of and by definition: cybercrime.

The future security of societies that depend increasingly on networks is contingent upon how our complex human and technical systems evolve. New network technologies including the Internet favour fragmentation into many loosely connected open and closed communities governed by many different principles. As the reach of today's networks has become global, they have become the focus of arguments over the values that should govern their development. A key issue is the relationship between trust and crime prevention. Some of ...
