Village fund are fund of the state budget in used to improve the welfare and equitable rural development. The fund management village there is still potential problems such as the inability and incompetence of the village not to manage the funds of the village and less oversight and public participation is low. Cibedug village is one of the densest population in the district village Rongga West Bandung regency. The purpose of research is to identify the readiness of communities to manage funds and formulate response strategies village level the village fund management readiness to study Cibedug village. The method in used is descriptive analysis with quantitative approach. The data collection is done by structured interviews with village officials, village permusawaratan agencies and community leaders associated with the management of village fund. Methods of data analysis using the community readiness model that serves to determine the level of community readiness manage village funds. The number of respondents in this study were 5 respondents composed of village officials, village consultative bodies and community leaders. The measurement technique consists of community readiness awarness No, Denial/Resistance, Vague Awareness, preplanning, Preparation, Initiation, Stabilization, Expansion / Confirmation, Community Ownership. The results showed the level of preparedness of the villagers Cibedug manage village funds using five dimensions of readiness, efforts community of knowledge on a score of 7.2 or stage (Stabilization), leadership on the score of 5.8 or stage (Preparation), the climate in the community a score of 5.4 or stage (Preparation), general knowledge on a score of 7.6 (Preparation) and resources on a score of 5.2 on a stage (Preparation), so that the average readiness Cibedug Village community is a score of 6.2 or at stage (initiation). The strategy of handling the level of readiness by using SWOT analysis related to the village fund is the development of economic activities managed by the community to support the efforts of institutions, development of human resources, planning, organization, movement and monitoring to adjust the village, improving the local economy, and optimization BUMDes.
