Knowledge management system required by Telkom University to create business value and generate competitive advantage continuously. Igracias is a knowledge management system that used in Telkom University`. Igracias measurement is necessary for implementing of knowledge management system at telkom university can be an effective and efficient.Measurement of implementing knowledge management system has two stage. The first stage using Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP), to see the weight of indicators priority of knowledge management system. The second stage is implementing knowledge management system was measured by Aydin and Tasci scale (2005).Based on measurement using greid klein matrix has show that the indicators used to measure tends to high impact, this means readiness indicators used have a major impact if it is not implemented. This research resulting the order of priority as culture, technology, people and structure. Aydin and Tasci scale (2005) concluded that Telkom university at second categories, which means not ready and still need some improvement.

Measuring Knowledge Management Readiness of Indonesia Ministry of Trade

Knowledge is one of the important assets for organization. Managing knowledge properly will enable the organization to achieve its objectives effectively and efficiently. Since risk of failed implementation of Knowledge Management (KM) might occur, organization needs to measure their KM Readiness beforehand to successfully implement KM. This study is intended to measure KM Readiness in government agency, namely Directorate of Bilateral Negotiations in Ministry of Trade. The research model for measuring KM readiness was developed based on previous relevant studies. KM enablers, individual acceptance, and KM SECI processes were used to develop the model and research instruments. KM Readiness in government agency was measured by accommodating factor analysis in research model. Data were collected from 53 employees as valid samples. The result shows that KM Readiness level of the Directorate of Bilateral Negotiations in Ministry of Trade is "ready but needs a few improvement".

Knowledge management merupakan bentuk konkrit pengelolaan pengetahuan yang dimiliki pada jurusan Matematika dan IPA. Komponen knowledge management yang ingin dilihat pengaruhnya yaitu manusia (people), proses (process) dan teknologi (technology) terhadap kinerja pegawai. Jenis penelitian adalah eksperiment dan instrument penelitian lembar angket dan lembar wawancara. Tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh knowledge management (people, process dan technology) terhadap kinerja pegawai. Nilai signifikansi knowledge management terhadap kinerja pegawai sebesar 0,260 > 0,05. Artinya bahwa tidak ada pengaruh knowledge management (X) terhadap kinerja pegawai (Y). Nilai korelasi (R) yaitu sebesar 0,353 artinya korelasi kedua variabel lemah dan nilai R positif artinya bahwa terdapat hubungan yang positif dan searah antara variabel knowledge management dengan kinerja pegawai. The Vital Pillar of the Implementation of Knowledge Management on High Schools
—The purpose of the study is to analyze the influence of human resources, organization culture and technology utilization toward knowledge management implementation on high school level. This study was conducted to formal education institute on an educational foundation which covers five formal High Schools. Using path analysis as a methodology. The respondents used as the profession references are teachers, and the sampling technique used is random stratified sampling with 86 people as the respondents based on Slovin method. The result of the study shows that human resources, organization culture and technology utilization bring a significant and positive influence toward insight management on high schools.

The present research is about determination and prioritization the effective organizational factors on knowledge management desirable execution of Payam Noor University employee’s with applied objective conducted by research in operation method. Measuring Employee Readiness for Knowledge Management in PT. Mineral Indonesia
This research aims to measure the readiness of employees for the implementation of knowledge management in order to achieve the support and readiness stage of employees of PT. Mineral head office. This research is a descriptive study using quantitative data analysis. The authors distributed questionnaires to all employees at PT. Mineral's head office; 183 questionnaires were returned from the respondents for analysis. The analytical technique of the Structural Equation Model (SEM) is used to determine whether models and indicators are correct and to enable the measurement of the readiness of the employees. Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) first order and second order were constructed using the statistical software, SPSS and AMOS. The variable of employee readiness comprised socialisation, externalisation, combination and internalisation (SECI process, in short).The result shows that PT. Mineral employees are highly ready to implement knowledge management. This means that employees of PT. Mineral are willing to encourage knowledge management activities. Based on the results of the study, to achieve the readiness stage, PT. Mineral should consider reviewing their programmes based on the SECI model.
Knowledge management is looking for determining the required information through storing, developing, spreading and functioning for achieving the main goals of the institution, besides contributing in achieving fundamental administration tasks that appears through the ability of setting plans, taking decisions along with problem solving. Therefore, this research is aiming to find out the most important obstacles regarding knowledge management application in the public education primary phase in Saudi Arabia (SA), furthermore, Bishah province is the research case study and it was applied on educational supervisors. The importance of this study lies in searching for an important field in order to contribute in producing human wealth for each community, this turned out to be the educational field, but there is a huge lack in knowledge management application search in the educational field especially in the primary phase. Through searching the educational supervisors point of view which is considered the backbone for their work about knowledge management, they transfer and organize experience in the educational field. This study used the survey descriptive search methodology for solving the proposed issue. The study found out that educational supervisor’s confidence was large in knowledge management as an administrative and supervising method, which indicates that they are totally convinced by knowledge management importance within the education system. Furthermore, they truly believed in themselves along with their capability regarding application. Moreover, it has been found that technology skills lack in those who belong to the educational field is considered the main obstacle in front of knowledge management application. Also the administration bodies in education ministry are not interested in administrational and educational experience in general and knowledge management in particular, which is considered as one of the main obstacles regarding knowledge management in primary schools in Bishah province. This research showed that there is failure regarding knowledge management application, besides lack of the educational programs that are being taught to the educational supervisors during their academic learning period and after it.

The purpose of the present research is to study the effect of knowledge management on personnel performance. This paper is searching the effect of component of knowledge management (create knowledge, acquisition knowledge, capture knowledge, transmission knowledge, application knowledge, organizational knowledge) on personnel performance. Population of this study were all personnel from Bandar Abbas Payame Noor University, that among a random sample of 54 personnel were selected for the study. The research method was descriptive-survey and data collecting tool was questionnaire and knowledge management process was measured based on the five dimensions such as registration knowledge, acquisition knowledge, transfer knowledge, create knowledge, application knowledge, organizing knowledge which its validity was face validity and its reliability was established through Cronbachs alpha. Data analysis was performed by spss software using descriptive and inferential statistics such as Pearson correlation, one-way Anova, t test. The result indicated that there was a sincere relationship between knowledge management and component of knowledge management with personnel performance. Also, there was a sincere relationship between years of service and personnel performance but no sincere relationship was observed between personnel performance and gender, education.

The methodology used in the study is quantitative model of analysis base by using statistic analysis; the measurement of correlation coefficient and t-test. The respondents used as the profession references are teachers, and the sampling technique used is random stratified sampling with 68 people as the respondents based on Slovin technique. The result of the study shows that human resources has a significant and positive influence toward insight management implementation on the study object.
