In this study aims to determine the effect of leadership, communication and work disicpline in simultan and partial to employee performannce UMKM Bumbu Machmudah, and to determined the effect of the most significant among leadhership, communication and work disicpline on employee performannce UMKM Bumbu Machmudah Sidoarjo. The Relationship between Managers’ Communication Skills and Employees’ Job Satisfaction

The main purpose of this paper is to contribute to research in the area of communication management in hotels by investigating the impact of a manager"s communication skills on subordinates' perceived job satisfaction. The Management Communication Style (MCS) Scale provided by was employed in the current study so as to measure the Independent Variable (IV) of managers" communication skills. In the meantime, a standard job satisfaction scale developed by Spector (1997) was used to measure the Dependent Variable (DV) of the level of job satisfaction among hotels" employees. Further, structural equation modeling (SEM) was used to investigate the impact of the independent variable on the dependent variable.

Structural Equation Model on Job Performance Among Personnel of Hotels in Caraga Region

The purpose of this quantitative research was to determine the best fit model on job performance of hotel personnel in the context of: organizational citizenship behavior, corporate social responsibility and human resource management in relation to endogenous variable-hotel personnel job performance. The study employed a non-experimental research design utilizing Structural Equation Model (SEM) in finding the best fit model. The data were collected using an adapted survey questionnaire to 400 hotel personnel in CARAGA Region. The results revealed that organizational citizenship behavior and human resource management have significant relationship with job performance. Further, the result showed that Structural Model 4 was the best fit model for job performance. The model indicated that all identified exogenous variables, the organizational citizenship behavior, corporate social responsibility and human resource management were key predictors of hotel personnel job performance.

This research is motivated by the rapid growth of technology and the increasingly dynamic patterns of human communication both as personal and interpersonal. This study aims to determine the influence of interpersonal communication between leaders and employees on employee performance at Inna Parapat Hotel and Resort. The theory used in this research is De Vito's theory which emphasizes interpersonal communication patterns while the employee performance approach uses the Robbins theory. The research method used is quantitative. This type of research uses associative research or research to determine the relationship between two variables. The study population was 93 people and 48 people were sampled using simple random sampling as the sampling technique. The data obtained is the result of a questionnaire whose answers are accumulated and described in narrative form. The conclusion from the research conducted is the influence of interpersonal communication on employee performance at the Inna Parapat Hotel and Resort. This is an open access article under the CC-BY-SA license.
