Corona Virus Diseases 2019 (COVID-19) merupakan penyakit yang disebabkan oleh severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2). Penyuluhan kesehatan diselenggarakan untuk mengubah perilaku seseorang atau kelompok masyarakat agar hidup sehat melalui komunikasi, informasi, dan edukasi (KIE). Berkurangnya donatur tetap dan tidak tetap akibat dari pandemi Covid-19 menyebabkan penurunan pemasukan yang mengakibatkan sulit bagi panti asuhan untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan bagi anak asuh di Panti Asuhan Bumi Rafflesia Kota Bengkulu. The Covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia is increasing until the end of 2020, this is due to a lack of public understanding to overcome the spread transmission of the Covid-19 virus, including as wearing masks, keeping a safe distance, and maintaining good hand hygiene. Awareness of this behavior is very low in orphanages so that it may accelerate the transmission of the Covid-19 virus. Therefore, it is necessary to provide Communication, Information and Education (CIE) related to preventing the transmission of the Covid-19 virus to residents of orphanages in the area around Panyileukan District, Bandung City, West Java. The purpose of this study was to find out the form of counseling on the COVID-19 pandemic to the Orphan Orphanage (PAY), a description of the attention paid to preventing the spread of the Orphan Orphanage (PAY) virus and to describe the supporting factors for the Orphan Orphanage (PAY) in the spread of the covid 19 virus. The research method used in this study is a direct home service method, where the Orphan Orphanage (PAY) will be visited by Advisors and Students in the hope of providing counseling and ways to deal with the spread of the covid virus and delivering basic food assistance to improve prosperity and is expected to provide self-motivation for the children of the Mojokerto City Orphan Orphanage (PAY). The Islamic Boarding School and Orphanage Al-Falah Padang are located on Bypass Km 16, behind the West Sumatra TVRI office. Al-Falah Boarding School has 367 students, 265 of them are foster children in the Orphanage. Mitra yang terlibat dalam kegiatan ini adalah warga yang tinggal di Desa Wawouru dan DesaMekarsari Kecamatan Palangga Kabupaten Konawe Selatan Provinsi Sulawesi Tenggara. Dari hasil observasi dan wawancara dengan Kepala Desa hampir 80% warga di Desa Wawouru dan 90% warga Desa Mekarsari tidak menggunakan masker, beberapa kegiatan yang menimbulkan orang berkerumun tanpa menjaga jarak, serta tidak memahami gejala dan siklus penyebaran Covid-19. Indonesia bahkan dunia diresahkan oleh mewabahnya virus corona (Covid-19). Virus yang sudah meresahkan semua elemen masyarakat karena keganasannya yang bisa mengakibatkan kematian. Meskipun demikian, banyak masyarakat yang tidak mengikuti protokol kesehatan sesuai anjuran pemerintah. Ketika masyarakat tidak mengikuti anjuran pemerintah, berarti mereka tidak melakukan gerakan pencegahan penyebaran virus Covid-19. Bila gerakan pencegahan tidak dilakukan, artinya ini akan mempercepat proses penyebaran virus, dan protokol kesehatan yang disampaikan oleh pemerintah pun tidak akan efektif sebab masyarakat tidak mengimplementasikannya dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Perception is the process of selection, arrangement and completion by (individuals) who interpret information as a meaningful logical picture. According to a survey conducted by the Ministry of Health together with Unicef and WHO, it was found that some people still doubt and refuse to give the Covid-19 vaccine (respectively for women and men are 35%) (Ministry of Health, 2020). The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between public perception and participation in Covid-19 vaccination in the Rawa Buntu Health Center Work Area. This research is a quantitative approach using a cross sectional design study. This study uses accidental sampling technique where the number of samples is 138 respondents using the Lameshow formula. The statistical test used is Chi-Square. The results of this study indicate that out of 138 respondents, 82 respondents (59.4%) participated in the Covid-19 vaccination in the Puskesmas Working Area.-respectively (0.046, 0.000, 0.037) while there was no relationship between gender characteristics with Covid-19 vaccination participation with p-value (0.185). This research is expected to be a reference library for the development of student learning, especially regarding the relationship between perceptions and participation in the covid-19 vaccination.

Penyakit Demam Berdarah Dengue (DBD) merupakan masalah kesehatan masyarakat dan merupakan penyakit yang masih endemic diIndonesia. Penyebaran penyakit ini cenderung meningkat setiap tahunnya dan sering menimbulkan Kejadian Luar Biasa (KLB). Upaya pemerintah dalam pencegahan penyebaran penyakit DBD di Asia Tenggara dengan mengadakan berbagai kegiatan salah satunya kegiatan peringatan ASEAN Dangue. Tujuan kegiatan sosialisasi dan pembagian ABATE ini adalah memberikan pengetahuan dan pemahaman epidemi DBD kepada masyarakat agar dapat berperan aktif di lingkungan mereka dalam melakukan pencegahan, penanggulangan dan pemberantasan penyakit DBD. Metode dari kegiatan ini adalah sosialisasi awam. Sosialisasi ini dinilai cukup berhasil dilihat dari antusiasme warga yang bertanya tentang penyakit DBD. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa kegiatan sosialisasi ini sanga bermanfaat dalam meningkatan pengetahuan dan peran serta masyarakat dalam pencegahan penyakit demam berdarah dengue.
