This objectives of this research are to determine the effect of partially and simultaneously between leadership contingency and organizational climate on employee performance in the Office Employment BPJS Tasikmalaya. The population in this study were all employees in the Office of Employment BPJS Tasimalaya as many as 102 people. Data analysis technique using path analysis. The results showed that the leadership contingency and organizational climate effect the performance of the employee in the Office of the employment BPJS Tasikmalaya City for 0,518 or 51,8%. Employment is expected BPJS office has a leader who is really smart in managing strategy and be able to see the situation can improve the performance of their employees by way of selecting and fit and proper test for perspective leaders.
