The research aims to describe the transformational leadership style in the education sector for the principals of Junior High Schools 30 Pekanbaru. Today, organizational development includes actors as a characteristic pattern of a person in leading. It can be said that the success of an organization is determined by the quality of the leader and the failure of leadership is determined by the failure of the character of the person. So, in that case, someone must have a leadership style. One of the models/leadership styles in the world of education that is predicted to encourage the creation of effectiveness of educational institutions/institutions is the Transformational Leadership Style. This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods with data collection techniques in library research. The results showed that the leadership style of the principals of Junior High Schools 30 Pekanbaru is oriented to a 590 transformational leadership style seen from the indicators of Individual Consideration, Intellectual Stimulation, Inspirational motivation so that the principal can make an impact and improve school management and performance.
A Model of Transformational Leadership in the Organisational Culture of Preschool Institution

The culture of an organisation refers to the common and dominant values and norms, as well as the beliefs and perceptions of its employees. Organisational culture influences employee behaviour and attitudes. The culture of the institution predetermines the tone of the environment, which can affect employee satisfaction. The basic premise of this paper is established in the connection between the characteristics of the leader and the transformational model of leadership in the organisational culture of the preschool institution. Role of leadership Management of change Organizational change Islamic Boarding School This study aims to find out the leadership role in organizational change at Attaqwa Putra Islamic Boarding School Bekasi Indonesia. The research utilized a case study method. Meanwhile, data collection techniques were through the interview, observation, document analysis, and questionnaire. Analysis data used the reduction system, data display, and verification/conclusions. The results of the research, there are four important leadership roles in organizational change at the Attaqwa Putra Islamic Boarding School Bekasi. First, the Leader as the direction of the direction is reflected in the role of formulating a vision, inspiring subordinates to make changes, and focusing every activity to achieve the school's vision. Second, leaders as spokespersons are reflected in the role of leaders advising teachers, building relationships with principals through routine coordination meetings, coordinating with teachers through press meetings, and holding support from graduates. Third, leaders as coaches are reflected in the leadership role of building a work team, building trust, encouraging and motivating subordinates, and providing the best service. Fourth, leaders as agents of change are reflected in the role of leadership in deciding to make changes, innovate, anticipate future trends, and determine the direction of boarding school in the future. Contribution/ Originality: The paper's primary contribution is finding that leadership is important in making organizational changes. This study explores that visionary leader who is able to anticipate future trends by producing quality output is important for the realization of organizational change effectively. 1. INTRODUCTION There is a wise suggestion to say that something lasting in this world is changing. There is no statistic in the world that is temporary, almost everything changes. Now and the future will certainly be very different. The same goes for the people who must improve change in many ways, moreover seeing society towards the development of education. Education is an opportunity for citizens to gain knowledge. The government is committed that every child has the right to buy, especially children with special needs. Adequate education is given to respect and protects children with special needs without any discrimination in education. Educational services for students with special needs form responsible for the success of education. The condition of students with special needs, which are different from the characteristics of normal children, requires more handling and attention—qualitative research with descriptive method. The research location is at the Southwest Aceh public special school. The sampel research of the principal, teachers and students of Southwest Aceh public Special school. Data collection techniques using the method of observation, interviews, and documentation studies. The research results on the role of school principals in fostering entrepreneurial values in students by implementing the gigeh program, such as hydroponic skills, skills to make crispy kipang, catfish farming, mask making, and decoration. This Gigeh program also fosters entrepreneurial value for children with special needs and encourages the establishment of a Pancasila student profile.
Transformational Leadership: The Practice of Principals in Islamic Schools

The purpose of this study was to analyze and find formulations of change leadership practices in Islamic schools at SD Khadijah Surabaya and SD Muhammadiyah 1 Sidoarjo in responding to educational demands and changes. Using a qualitative approach to the type of multi-case study, data were collected through observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis through a single case to multi-case findings with an interactive model through data reduction, presentation and conclusion. Data validations used member check, source and method triangulation. The research findings showed that the practice of Islamic school principal leadership was carried out through strengthening the school's vision and mission by making organizational values the school's goals, seeing change as a challenge by making changes to aspects of the curriculum, and collaborating with educational institutions at the national, regional and international levels
The leadership of entrepreneur-based school headmaster -that focuses on the creativity and innovation aspects-has important roles in developing the school. The characteristics involve the transformative leadership, (2) following entrepreneurship model or principles, (3) the ethos of school entrepreneurship of leadership, and (4) the strategy of the school entrepreneur leadership. The creativity and innovation of school entrepreneurship include both academic and non-academic aspect. The positive impact for the school development/enhancement: (1) the conducive work climate; (2) the increasing students' learning competence; (3) the better public trust; (4) the school independency; and (6) the wealth of the teachers and staffs.
This study aimed to examine the relationship between transformational leadership by school principals and teacher activity toward the transformation of schools into 'learning organisations', based on teacher perspectives. A quantitative research study employing a survey method was conducted. The research involved 285 teachers in cluster secondary schools, selected based on a stratified sampling method. The data collected were analysed using descriptive and inferential statistics. The results have shown that the level of transformational leadership engaged in by the principals at the respondent schools and the amount of learningorganisation activity by the teachers are high. The results also reveal that there is a significant, moderate, positive relationship between transformational leadership by principals and teachers' learning organizationpursuant practices. Based on these findings, it is stressed that comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the two concepts studied and how they could contribute to school excellence is very crucial. Existing instances of transformational leadership as well as existing learning organisation-pursuant practices should be continuously improved to ensure the sustainability of schools as learning institutions. This would enable schools to cope with educational change and lead them towards achieving excellence.
Impact of Transformational Leadership on Organizational Culture in Elementary Schools of Lahore
The study investigated the impact of the Principals' Transformational Leadership (TFL) on the Organizational Culture (OC) in elementary schools at Lahore. For this purpose, a representative sample comprising 171 from various elementary schools in Lahore was selected conveniently. The data were collected with Transformational Leadership Survey (TLS) and the Denison Organizational Survey (DOCS). The collected data were analyzed with the help of Descriptive statistics, Pearson's r and Regression analysis. Based on the results, it has been concluded that the participants of the study had a positive perceptions regarding Transformational Leadership (TFL) in elementary schools at Lahore and the Organizational Culture (OC). A positive and significant impact of Transformational Leadership (TFL) in elementary schools at Lahore also has been found on the Organizational Culture (OC). It has been recommended that the training should be provided to the school leaders for becoming and practicing the Transformational Leadership.
Transformational Leadership in Pesantren on as Sa'idah, Al Matuq, and Sunanul Huda Boarding School

A leadership of Kiai plays an essential act in the Institution structure of Pesantren. The important enrolled of Kiai is a good man on life purpose, a change agent, a negotiator with advice, and a coach calm. The reformer Kiai does on leadership with transformation idea on based charisma attitude and intellectual ideology. The research method is qualitative research with phenomenology approach. The research subjects consist of Kiai, boarding school administrators, students, people residents around pesantren. The respondents are as many as 60 people. The Research locations are at as sa'idah, Al Matuq, and Sunanul Huda Pesantren. With the point, the paper will need to explain into the leadership of Kiai Pesantren especially in order to support the quality management of Pesantren on educational proses.
