Role of Micro Small Medium Enterprises (Msmes) Growth on the Indonesian Economy

The purpose of this research is to analyze the role of micro, small and medium scale (MSMEs) growth on Indonesian economy. The data has been taken from the data secunder of Biro Pusat Statistik (BPS) and Kementerian Koperasi dan UKM (Kemenkop UKM). The data analyze using regression analyze to determine the role of micro, small and medium scale (MSMEs) growth on Indonesian economy. The results show that a micro, small and medium scale (MSMEs) growth on Indonesian economy have a role but does not have much impact because there are a lot of a factors which have an impact on Indonesian Economy. This result has an implication that the increasing Indonesia’s economic growth on various factors including the increase the number of MSMEs if the increasing of quality products for MSMEs in Indonesia

Analysis of Factors Affecting Economic Growth in the SMEs Sector in Indonesia

The role of SMEs has an essential meaning for an area, especially in the expansion of employment and the drivers of economic growth, including export activities. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of SME units, the value of SME investment, and the value of SME exports on Indonesia's economic growth. This study's analysis model refers to the basic model of multiple linear regression equations with the Error Correction Model method in estimating the short-term and long-term relationship between the SME, Investment, and Export variables with GDP in Indonesia. Error Correction Model (ECM) analysis results on the estimation results using the Error Correction Model method obtained ECT (Error Correction Term) with a negative sign and significant at α = 5%, then the model is valid to be used. Because the error correction model is declared valid if the ECT value obtained is significant and has a negative mark, in model 1 an R2 value of around 0.996 or 99.6% can be said that the types of independent variables entered in the model are very good, because only 0.4% the diversity of dependent variables that are influenced by independent variables outside the model and it can be said that in the short and long term the variables used in this study significantly influence economic growth.

The Analysis of Potential Growth for Indonesia’s Micro Small Medium Business Owners

INTRODUCTION Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) is one of important elements for a country's economic growth, while most of ASEAN companies are small businesses that contribute to more than 50% to the employment sector (Damanik as cited in Sari, 2014). According to the Governor of Bank Indonesia, Agus Martowardojo, the role of micro, small, and medium enterprises to gross domestic product (GDP) was expected to increase by up to 70% (Florentin, 2016). These small businesses contribute to as many as 107.9 million employment opportunities. However, the export market for Indonesian MSMEs was recorded at 15.8%, much lower compared to other ASEAN member countries (Adityowati, 2016).

THE EFFECT OF SMEs DEVELOPMENT ON GROSS REGIONAL DOMESTIC PRODUCTS IN WEST NUSA TENGGARA PROVINCE OF INDONESIA IN THE PERIOD OF 2010-2019

The role of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in encouraging the acceleration of economic growth is very important. This sector must continue to be upgraded and active in order to advance and compete. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of the development of SME such as (SME manpower, SME Production Value, number of SME units, and SME investment) on the GRDP of the Province of NTB from 2010 to 2019. This study used quantitative methods. The research location was in the Province of West Nusa Tenggara. Data collection techniques used were literature studies and documentation. Simultaneously, the results of this study indicated that manpower, production value, number of units, and investment value of SME had positive effects on the growth of GRDP of the Province of NTB. Partially, the manpower, number of Small and Medium Enterprises variables showed insignificant effect, while the variables of production value and investment value showed significant results. The results of the study indicate that it is necessary to increase investment to increase the growth of gross regional domestic product and to pay more attention to the issue of labor quality. The Influence of Growth of Micro Small and Medium Enterprises (Umkm) and Unemployment on Growth Indonesian Economy

This study aims to determine the influence of MSMEs (Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises), and unemployment on economic growth in Indonesia. In this study it was taken only 15 years. This research uses quantitative research methods. This research model uses multiple linear regression. The results of the study Partially the growth of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) has a negative and significant effect on Indonesia's Economic Growth. While unemployment has a negative and significant effect on Indonesia's growth. Simultaneously the Growth of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) and Unemployment have a positive and significant effect on Indonesia's Economic Growth. The magnitude of the influence of the variables Micro, Small or Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) and unemployment on Indonesia's Economic Growth is 60, 92%. While the rest is influenced by other variables outside the model of 39.08%.

THE ROLE OF SMALL AND MEDIUM ENTERPRISES (SMES) IN IMPROVING THE LOCAL ECONOMIC GROWTH

Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) have a great contribution to the economic growth in Indonesia both macro and micro. Economic growth in west Sumatra exceeded the national economy in 2015 up to 5.46% while the national economic only 4.71%. In 2016, economic growth in West Sumatra only grew about 4.81%. Despite the decline of economic growth, SMEs remain a factor supporting the economic growth in West Sumatra. This study was conducted to determine the extent to which the role of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in their contribution to the economy of local communities in West Sumatra. This study was empirically examining the role of SMEs in improving the economy of local communities by using qualitative methods. The research result explained that SMEs have already given a big share in improving the local people's economy due to most of the people of West Sumatera have an entrepreneurial spirit that have been ingrained hereditarily which has become the structure root of the original culture of the local economy.

The Recent Research Development on Micro Small and Medium Enterprises in Indonesia

The purpose of this study is to describe the reseach development on Micro Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia. It analyzes the articles which published in accredited national journals from 2009-2017. The samples of this research are 96 articles from 27 journals. The result of the study shows that researches on MSMEs from 2013 to 2017 have increased. The journal which actively publishes the MSMEs articles is Jurnal Aplikasi Manajemen which published 20 articles (20%). The most frequently topics discussed on MSMEs in the last decade are on strategy of MSMEs for 28 articles (29%). Furthermore; 77 articles (80%) used the quantitative method and only 25 articles (26%) were successfully cited by other articles. Recomendation for future reseach to explore taxation research with experimental methods.

Micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) are declared very capable of playing a crucial role for a region, specifically as one of the drivers of regional economic growth. Micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) are defined as a means to introduce regional creative products and provide business opportunities for enterprise actors in the regions. In addition, the role of micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) actors is considered very vital in order to increase per capita income and improve the economy of a region. Consequently, micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) are required to actively participate in developing the country's economy. The results of the study showed that 90.1% of MSMEs provided significant effects on the rate of economic growth.

Escalation of Small Industry Competitiveness in Supporting Economic Growth in Indonesia

Small industries are growing rapidly in business units and employment, but are still very low contributing to GDP compared to medium and large industries with a smaller share of business units and labor. This has an impact on the widening gap in labor productivity between small industries and large industries and competitiveness in both domestic and global markets. This condition is very worrying considering that the small industrial sector is highly expected to be the engine of growth because of its significant role in employment. Data used secondary data in the form of provincial panel data in Indonesia from 2010-2015.
