Abstract

Analyzes the liability for defective product and the administrative consumer protection in case of accidents and consumption and the National System Alerts Quick Recall. It also analyzes the causes of the exclusion of liability in law and jurisprudence, in particular the problem of third-party exclusive guilt, unforeseeable circumstances and force majeure, non-indemnify clause, the competitor guilt and the development risk and finally, analyzes deadlines prescriptive.
