The presence of Bukit Panembongan nature tourism is inseparable from the surrounding community and the youth of Karang Taruna in Tembong Village who explore the potential possessed by one of the hill areas located in the Panembongan Village. Bukit Panembongan Nature Tourism which is located in Tembong Village, Garawangi District, Kuningan Regency was opened to the public on March 28, 2015. The area of land reaches 5ha but the effective land is around 3ha. Panembongan Hill natural attractions start open at 08.00 WIB until 17.00 WIB. Based on the conditions in the field can be found the following problems: the dissolution of the group of tourism activists in the Panembongan hill destination. Partners still have not sought to increase tourism service interest at the village / sub-district level by involving tourism service entrepreneurs in order to support the success of the K3 program, Partners still do not have the ability to organize funds seeking tourism activists (Kompepar) through the sale of souvenirs, the establishment of cooperatives, kiosks and so on. After the implementation team discussed with the local authorities , the activity implementation team determined the solution priority, namely the problem related to the formation of a tourism driving group, coordinating with the management of this tourism object was the result of collaboration between Perhutani KPH Kuningan with Forest Village Community Institutions (LMDH) and Tembong Village with a system of Community-Based Forest Management (PHBM), which is managed 90% by Perhutani and 10% by the Village. In connection with the problem, this activity aims to help resolve some of the problems faced by Partners as previously stated. The implementation method used in this activity is by lecturing and training. The conclusion of this activity is that the assistance provided by the Implementation Team can be understood by partners and is in accordance with the planned activities and priorities. Suggestions that can be delivered are: the formation of a tourism driving group, holding a meeting with the Ministry of Forestry and Forest Village Community Institutions (LMDH) and the Village Head to resolve the Joint Forest Management System pattern.

This article contains a description of the results of the coomunity service program carried out by Universitas Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta in assisting the establishment of the pokdarwis institution in Sendangarum Village. The vital role of the pokdarwis institution in managing tourism potential and cultivating a tourism-aware attitude in the community is the background for carrying out the service program. The implementation method has five stages, but only three implementation stages are core, such as providing outreach, strethening community understanding of pokdarwis and assisting the formation of pokdarwis. The development of tourism villages has become one of important programs of current government. Wangunharja Village, one of area in Lembang District, West Bandung Regency in West Java, has tourism potential that can be developed by stakeholders. The implementation of this community service activity uses the focus grup discussion method in order to increase understanding and involvement among stakeholders of the Wangunharja Village. The subject of the intense discussion with the Village Community was about understanding strengthening social capital in the process of developing tourism destinations. As a result, community gave a positive response and expressed their commitment in strengthening social capital such as form of collective action for managing resources in their area. This study discusses collaboration and community participation in tourism development in Malino Village, Gowa Regency. Malino Village has the best tourism destinations in South Sulawesi, and its management involves several parties. However, the involvement of these parties has not been well established in the cooperative relationship. Community involvement in tourism management is also considered to be still lacking. To realize tourism development in Malino Village requires collaboration between every party involved and community involvement. The data that is the study material in this study was obtained from the results of interviews, observations, and literature studies. Existing data were analyzed using Interactive Model Analysis. From the results of the analysis, it is known that the Gowa Regency Government does not have a collaborative foundation in tourism development. The cooperative relationship that exists is not based on the goal of overcoming tourism problems in Malino Village. Cooperation is carried out based on the interests of each. Community support in the development of tourism is realized by managing and maintaining the facilities and infrastructure to support the implementation of tourism prepared by the government. In order for the development of tourism in Malino village to be implemented properly, the Gowa Regency government should carry out collaboration in the form of business clusters.

Community-based tourism (CBT) is used as a catalyst for village development in Indonesia. However, people who wish to develop CBT experience many obstacles in carrying out the development. These constraints ranging from capital, to the limited competency of human resources supporting tourism. Pariaman City as one of the cities in the coastal area continues to develop its city by making tourism a leading sector. One of the villages that is very active in developing tourism as a means to improve the welfare of its people is Tungkal Selatan Village, Pariaman Utara District, which in early 2020 opened a tourist attraction. New Agro Wisata rides, ranging from hanging bicycles, flying foxes to hot air balloons. The current development of tourism activities has been expanding throughout various regions, particularly in village territories through tourist village development. Essentially, tourism accomplishment in village territories is one of the implementation forms of Community-Based Tourism (CBT) where the community takes part as the executor and object of development. Community-Based Tourism (CBT) is closely related to community empowerment. The method of implementing this activity involves several lecturers and students and community participation in designing these activities. Accompaniment is one of the successful key factors related to community empowerment implementation in terms of achieving Community-Based Tourism (CBT) accomplishment in villages territories.

This research aims to analyze the existing conditions of regenerative tourism development, the level of local community participation and propose an empowerment model in the development of regenerative tourism. Qualitative research with a verification approach is used to analyze research problems. Data is collected through observation, interviews, documentation and literature studies related to the subject being researched. The data analysis technique used is qualitative thematic. The informants involved in this research were local communities, regional government, non-governmental organizations, academics and tourists. The findings of this research are the existence of regenerative tourism practices by local communities and tourists. Local communities have positive attitudes and also tourists' perceptions of regenerative tourism practices. However, tourists want improvements in several other aspects. The level of local community participation in regenerative tourism entrepreneurship was found to be still minimal. This is due to human resources, economic capital and partnerships to manage a regenerative tourism business. The implication of this research is to create opportunities to optimize empowerment efforts to suit the needs and potential of local communities.

The Participatory Action Research (PAR) Model is not only referred to as a research method but is also referred to as an approach to community empowerment and development, including community-based tourism development. This paper describes the stages of empowerment and development of a tourist village in Indonesia using the Participatory Action Research (PAR) approach consisting of observing, mapping, reviewing, making program diagram maps, and re-planning the development of tourist villages. The data obtained through the PAR approach were analyzed using the Nvivo 12 Plus Software. This paper reveals that Ngadas Village has tourism potential, including nature tourism and socio-cultural tourism. Baturraden District is one of the sub-districts in the Banyumas Regency. Baturraden Subdistrict is nationally known for its tourism destination, Baturraden Tourism Station, located in Ketenger Village. There are 12 (twelve) villages with different tourism potentials in Baturraden Subdistrict, although there is a similarity line, in the main tourism center in Banyumas Regency, namely Baturraden Tourism. To optimize the existing tourism potential in the Baturraden District, it is necessary to make a policy breakthrough so that all villages support each other in accordance with the capabilities of each village. In order to optimize village potentials, one of the policies that can be taken is to conduct inter-village cooperation. The problem is how is the cooperation between villages in developing the potential of the village to support tourism. The objectives to be achieved are (1) Identifying the potential of villages in the entire Baturraden District to support tourism; (2) initiating cooperation between villages in Baturraden Subdistrict; (3) Formulating the Inter-Village Cooperation Model in developing village potential to support tourism in Baturraden District. The conclusion that can be drawn is that inter-village cooperation can be done by (1) determining Lokawisata as Prime Over (driving) (2) Conducting Clustering of Village Tourism Potential which is classified into two major parts, namely the first cluster is a village cluster supporting tourism and the second is cluster village tourism buffer.
