2022, STUDI KOMPARASI PERILAKU KONSUMTIF PADA MAHASISWA IAIN SYEKH NURJATI CIREBON
This research is a descriptive quantitative research which aims to determine the level of consumptive lifestyle of students of IAIN Syekh Nurjati Cirebon class of 2021, to formulate suggestions on topics of assistance to prevent student consumptive behavior based on the achievement score of the Student Consumptive Lifestyle questionnaire items which are identified as high. The subjects of this study were students of IAIN Syekh Nurjati Cirebon class of 2021 semester 3A, totaling 42 data. Data taken using primary data is by filling out a questionnaire or questionnaire with 4 variables, namely Expenditures (X1), Lifestyle (X2), Self-Control (X3), and Consumptive Behavior (Y). The Student Consumptive Lifestyle Questionnaire contains 38 items with 5 alternative answers, namely strongly agree, agree, doubt, disagree, and strongly disagree. In the ANOVA model test or F test, the Expenditure (X1), Lifestyle (X2), and Self-Control (X3) variables jointly affect consumptive behavior (Y). In the Coefficient of Determination (KD) model the expenditure, lifestyle, and self-control variables influence consumptive behavior by 55.6%, the remaining 44.4% is influenced by other variables not included in the model or not examined. Expenditure, lifestyle and selfcontrol variables are able to explain variations in consumptive behavior. In other words, the model built meets the goodness of fit requirements. In the hypothesis test, the lifestyle variable (X1) has an effect on consumptive behavior, while spending (X1) and self-control (X3) have no effect on consumptive behavior.
